CDMA基站仿真系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着移动通信的迅猛发展,移动通信测试及维修市场的需求急剧增长。同时由于3G移动通信标准的竞争,3G网络的商业化还需假以时日,因此世界移动通信测试仪器市场仍以第二代移动通信测试为主。CDMA(码分多址)移动通信系统在我国的成功商用化使得我国对CDMA移动通信系统设备的维护和优化需求也将越来越大,但在移动通信测试仪器领域中,我国还远远落后于国外,市场盼望质优价廉的国产移动通信测试设备。针对这一现状,武汉理工大学和湖北众友科技股份有限公司合作开发《CDMA移动台综合测试仪》项目,本论文研究课题即是对《CDMA移动台综合测试仪》项目中的重要组成部分——基站仿真器进行整体方案设计及部分子模块的实现和仿真。 本文项目采用软件无线电思想和嵌入式系统的模块化设计,将大部分的模块设计在可编程器件完成,使得系统易于维护和扩展,并可通过软件升级和较小的硬件改动实现向第三代移动通信测试系统的升级。本文在简单介绍了移动通信系统的发展和CDMA移动通信系统后,主要介绍了本项目中基站仿真系统的整体模块化设计方案及系统中射频模块和基带模块的实现方法,并对部分子模块进行了仿真实验。 第一章简单介绍了移动通信的发展,并对CDMA移动通信系统的技术优势和发展现状进行了阐述。 第二章从基本原理、基本特点和所提供的业务三个方面对CDMA系统进行了介绍,并描述了CDMA空中接口标准及空中接口无线链路。 第三章给出了CDMA网络参考模型,并从基站子系统、移动台和移动交换子系统三个重要组成部分介绍了CDMA移动通信系统的结构与功能,在此基础上提出了本文所研究的CDMA基站仿真系统的功能结构和整体设计方法。 第四章在分析CDMA基站仿真系统射频技术指标和要求的基础上,设计了射频、中频发射接收方案,并完成了芯片的选择和芯片外围连接设计。 第五章介绍了CDMA基站仿真系统的基带信号处理过程,包括信道编译码、交织与去交织、PN码发生器、正交扩频与四相扩频、扰码、功率控制、数字成形滤波器、PN码的捕获与跟踪、解扩与解调等,并给出了基带发射机模块的部分FPGA设计原理图和波形仿真,详细论述了基带接收机模块的实现算法。
【Abstract】 With the impetuous growth of mobile communication, it brings a rapid increase in mobile communication testing and repair market correspondingly. At the same time, because of the competition of the 3G mobile communication standards and long time’s waiting for the 3G network’s commercial use, the mobile communication testing market still gives the leading position to 2G productions. The successful commercialization of CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication system in China improved need of maintenance and optimization for the CDMA mobile communication system equipment. But in the area of mobile communication test set, we are far behind of that of overseas, the market expects good mobile communication testing equipments which are made in our country. According to the present status, Wuhan University of Technology and The HuBei ZhongYou Company jointly develop the CDMA Mobile Station Test Set . The research subject in this paper is the important part of CDMA Mobile Station Test Set, it discuss the design of base station simulator and give the realization and emulation of some module.Adopting the modularization design of software radio concept and embedded system, the project in this paper accomplish most module design in programmer device, which makes the system easy to maintain and expand, and it could fulfill the upgrade to 3G test system by software upgrade and small hardware change. After giving an outline of the development of mobile communication system and CDMA mobile communication system, this paper mainly introduces the modularization design scheme of base station simulator system and the implement method of RF module and base band module, and proceeds on emulation experiment of some sub-module.Chapter one introduces the development of mobile communication, and discusses the technology advantages and developing status.Chapter two recommend the CDMA system in three aspects of fundamental, character and offering service, and CDMA air interface standards and radio linkare also described.In chapter three the network structure is given, and the structure and function of CDMA mobile communication system are introduced through three important components (base station subsystem, mobile station and mobile switch subsystem), base on it, the functional architecture and design method of CDMA base station simulator system discussed in this paper are presented.In chapter four, after analyzing the ,RF (radio frequency) qualification, I design the receive scheme of RF and IF (intermediate frequency) parts, and accomplish the choosing of chip and design of peripheric connection of chip.In chapter five, the base band signal process of CDMA base station simulator system is introduced, including channel coding and decoding, interleave and disinterleave, PN sequence generator, orthogonal spread spectrum and quadrature Spreading, scrambling code, power control, digital forming filter, the capture and track of PN code, dispreading and demodulation, etc. Some FPGA design ’graphic and waveform simulation of base band transmitter module is given and realization algorithm of base band receiver is discussed in detail.
