包头市分户供热建筑综合修正系数的研究及应用

【摘要】 本文将包头口岸房地产开发有责任公司开发的口花苑二期工程住宅作为对象,根据该住宅室内分户控制按热表计量的供暖系统,研究其按户热计量收费修正方法的可行性及其与实际测量的误差。 文中介绍了按产热计量的收费方法及多层住宅建筑热计量收费各个修正系数的理论计算公式。应用各个修正系数的理论计算公式,对口岸16号住宅楼分户供热计量的各个修正系数进行分析计算。在此基础上对16#楼进行实际热工测试和数据处理,并对其进行分析计算。找出实际测试与理论计算两者之间的误差,在综合修正系数计算中进行修正。本文还对节能建筑、不节能建筑的耗热量及综合修正系数进行了比较。 本文采用有效传热系数法对综合修正系数进行计算,通过本文的研究发现:住宅的底层用户、顶层用户、及有山墙的用户的耗热量远高于住宅中心用户的耗热量,进一步说明了对边户进行修正的必要性。根据测试结果,确定了口岸花苑小区住宅的温差修正系数n和热压系数Cr的取值,使耗热量计算和综合修正系数计算公式更加准确,尤其对多层建筑中的楼层修正系数的计算更为合理。 本文的研究内容是热计量收费工作的一个重要组成部分。研究结果为热力总公司热计量收费工作的顺利开展奠定了坚实的基础,为正确、公正、合理的热计量收费体制的建立和今后相关法规的制定提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The thesis aims at the garden second residence project that BaoTou Kouan estate limited liability company exploited. According to the heating system of the separating doors in this building controlled by heat meter measurement, it studies the feasibility of the amendatory means that is charged by users. Also it studies the difference from the practice.The thesis introduces the charging method of household heat-metering and academic calculating formulas of all correction factors in household heat-metering and charging in multilayer buildings. By using the academic calculating formulas of each correction factors.lt can analyze and calculate the No.l6# residence building of each correction factor that is measured by ledge. Base on it and have practicable heat test, deal with data and analyze it. Finding the abrration between practicable heat test and theory calculation, it amended the figures on the synthetic correction factor calculation. On the other hand, the thesis compares heat consumption and synthesis correction factor with energy-saving and non energy-saving bulling.The thesis adopted the effective heat transfer coefficient to calculate the synthetic correction factor, through reach it, we discover that: the heat consumption of the lowest story door, highest story doisr and the door stick to gable wall is more than the center door of the building, further approved that the necessity to amend it. According to the result of test, confirmed the data of temperature correction factor (n) and thermal pressure coefficient (Cr) of Kouan garden blocks of residence, make the heating load calculation and synthesis correction factor calculation more accurate, furthermore to the story correction factor in multilayer residential buildings.. The study of the thesis is an important component of heat-metering and charging. The result of research settle a steady foundation to successfully develop heat-metering and charging of heating general company, at the same time provide academic gists to establish accurate, justly and reasonable heat-metering and charging system and enact correlative laws in future.
