【摘要】 西北地区东部作为西部大开发首要重点发展区域，在加速城市化战略背景下，将面临一个城市化快速发展时期。中小城市作为城市体系的主体，将是其实施城市化战略的关键环节。由于西北地区东部整体生态环境脆弱，城市快速发展与生态恢复、保育的矛盾日益突出，探讨生态导向的中小城市总体布局显得尤为迫切。 本论文由理论与方法研究和实践与案例研究两部分组成。 理论与方法研究部分通过对生态城市、城市生态学、城市生态规划和恢复生态学等相关城市生态理论及其与城市规划相互关系的辨析研究，寻求城市空间总体布局与生态学结合的理论基础。借鉴国内外相关规划实践，结合中小城市总体布局的本体理论，从布局原则、布局特点和布局的决策过程三方面初步构建了生态导向的中小城市总体布局的目标理论体系。 实践与案例研究部分在对西北地区东部生态状况、中小城市发展状况的宏观调查和对典型中小城市的实地专题调研、深入理性分析的基础上，挖掘脆弱生态环境对城市布局的主要制约因子和城市布局对生态环境的主要影响。并结合典型中小城市的规划剖析，对西北地区东部中小城市的总体布局提出建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the strategetic background of speeding up urbanism, the eastern region of northwest China, as the chiefly important development region in the Western Development, will face the fast urbanism. The middle or small-scale cities, which are the principal part of urban system, will be the key to carry out the urbanism stratagem. Because the whole ecological environment in the eastern region of northwest China is frangible, the fast urbanism is in contradiction with ecological resumption and protection. It is very instant to discuss the urban master layout towards ecology.The dissertation is mainly in combination with the theory & methodology research and the practice & case research.Part one starts from research the basic urban ecological theories, such as ecocity, urban ecology, ecological urban planning, ecological resumption and so on, as well as the differentiation and analyse discrimnately of their relationship with urban planning. This is to try to seek the theoretical base of combining urban master layout with ecology. According to the correlated planning practice at home and abroad, on the basis of the noumenon theory of master layout in the middle or small-scale cities, the paper seeks for the applicable principals, characteristic and decision-making process of the urban master layout towards ecology. So the framework of the objective theory takes shape.Part two investigates the macroscopical ecological conditions, the deveolopment of middle or small-scale cities and their master space layout. Based on investigation above, the article educes the main factors in which urban master layout is restricted by frangible ecological environment and the main influences of urban layout pattern upon urban ecology. Finally the dissertation analyses the practice and cases of urban master layout and gives some advice about the master layout of middle or small-scale cities in the eastern region of northweat China, so as to adapt to their sustainable development.更多还原
