现代企业管理创新模式研究

【摘要】 二十世纪末以来，以信息技术革命为代表的新一轮科技革命正极大地推动着社会经济空前发展和深刻变革，企业管理更不例外。管理模式正在发生着从分工、综合再到集成整合的革命性转变。现代企业管理模式意味着系统优化、持续创新、客户至上、文化重塑，要实现企业永续经营的理想，必须整合各种资源，重构管理模式。本文从企业生存品质结构体系的五个方面论述了管理创新模式。全文共分为以下四个部分：第一部分概述了管理理论与思想的演进、管理的科学含义与创新的经济学分析、管理创新的动因及与其他创新的关系。第二部分论述了知识经济及对现代企业管理的影响，并系统地阐述和分析了现代企业管理创新的主要模式。分别从企业的边界、效率、竞争、资源、文化的角度，提出了现代企业的五大管理创新模式，尤其对企业的核心能力、业务流程再造、合作竞争战略的选择进行了深入的分析和论述。第三部分简要地指明我国企业管理的现状，以及加入WTO后将面临的机遇和挑战，并提出了我国企业变革管理模式，进一步增强国际市场竞争能力的对策。第四部分以我国国有企业管理创新的典范——许继集团的管理创新模式为案例，进行初步的分析和总结，引发对管理创新的进一步探讨和思索。本文较有价值的观点主要有：1、管理及管理创新的概括；2、管理创新效应及模式的提出；3、企业生存品质结构体系、精品平台阐述4、 企业效率的管理创新模型5、 合作竞争战略6、 知识管理更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the end of the 20th century， the science revolution typified by information technology is becoming the gigantic impeller of social economy innovation， and absolutely， there is no exception for enterprises management. Now the century transition is witnessing management model’s revolutionary switch from specialization to composite and to integration. The management models in modern enterprises mean system optimizing， continuous innovation， customer-oriented and culture remodeling. To be ever-lasting， an enterprise has to integrate its resources and to restructure its management model. From the five aspects of an enterprise’s existence quality system， this article gives a comprehensive discussion about management innovation model. And the article has four main parts as follows:Part one: This section skeletonizes the evolution of management theories and thoughts； it summarizes the meanings of management and makes an economics analysis of innovation； furthermore it provides a rough statement of the motivation of management innovation and the interrelation between management innovation and other ones .Part two: This section discusses the knowledge economy and its impacts on modern enterprise management. From the points of boundary， efficiency， competition， resources and culture this section also represents the main models of modern enterprise management innovation systematically， especially has a deep analysis of enterprise’s core competence， business process reengineering (BPR) and the selecting of the co-competition strategy.Part three: The current situation of enterprises management in China and the coming opportunities as well as the challenges brought by China’s entry into World Trade Organization (WTO) are summarized in this part； moreover， it proposes strategies on the innovation of enterprise management model to<WP=4>enhance its competence in the world.Part four: Taking the management innovation carried out by XJ Group Corporation-----a benchmarking State-owned enterprise in its management innovation----as a case studied here， this section has analyzed XJ’s model aiming to trigger further discussion about management innovation.The valuable viewpoints of this article include:1.
