基于LonWorks技术的油罐测量管理系统—现场数据处理器的软件设计

【摘要】 为了解决部队油罐测量劳动强度大,方法落后的问题,提高油库自动化和信息化管理水平,总后勤部油料研究所立项研究了“基于LonWorks现场总线技术的油罐测量管理系统”。使用证明,系统运行可靠,其功能达到了国内领先水平。作者参与了该项目的研究工作,课题为“现场数据处理器的软件设计”。 “基于LonWorks现场总线技术的油罐测量管理系统”主要由油罐一次仪表、现场数据处理器、LonWorks测控网络和监控微机组成,主要用于部队油库和石油化工等行业。现场数据处理器是系统的关键设备,它是集单片机和LonWorks技术为一体多通道、智能化、网络化用于危险场所的现场二次仪表。作为LonWorks现场测控网的一个节点,它具有的多种信号处理能力及与LonWorks网络通讯能力实现了系统与外界的信息沟通,并可把具有不同信号类型和不种通讯协议标准的仪表集成到同一个控制网络中。 本文首先介绍现场总线技术发展以及LonWorks技术在油罐测量系统中的应用,结合罐区测量的原理和方法介绍了系统的结构、功能和特点。随后介绍了现场数据处理器的结构,电路原理,所运用的主要芯片;并重点阐述了作者在课题研究中所作的工作,即现场数据处理器软件的设计包括八个功能模块:RS-485(Modbus)模块、4—20mA模拟量采集模块、开关量处理模块、RTD信号采集模块、频率量采集模块、计算和显示模块、通讯模块、Neuron芯片中的程序模块;以及在课题研究和现场调试过程中遇到的问题及解决办法。然后简单介绍了监控微机上的组态。最后,总结了课题研究中的体会和发现的不足,并提出了一些改进的想法。

【Abstract】 In oil stock of the PLA the tank gauging duty is intensive and the measurement method is under-developed at present time. In order to resolve this problem and realize the automatic management, the POL Research Institute of General Logistics Department, PLA developed the automatic oil tank gauging system based on LonWorks technology and put it to use. The system runs reliably and stably and leads the tank gauging field in domestic. The author takes part in the research group and is responsible for the part titled "the software design of the Data Processing Unit".The automatic oil tank gauging system based on LonWorks technology consists of field devices on tanks, Data Processing Units, LonWorks fieldbus network and control computers. It can be used in the oil stock of army and petro-chemical industry. Data Processing Unit, the key device in the system, integrates the microcontroller and LonWorks technology and is a multi-channel, intelligent control device which can be used in the hazardous areas. Data Processing Unit, as a node of the LonWorks network, has the ability to process many types of signal and communicate with LonWorks network. The unit not only makes the data exchanging between the system and outside of it but also integrates the devices with different output signals or different communication protocols in one system.At the beginning of this thesis, the LonWorks fieldbus technology and its application in the oil tank gauging system are presented. The structure, function and characteristic with the principle and method of tank gauging system are described. Then the structure, principle of the circuit and the main chips of the Data Processing Unit are introduced. After this, the software design of Data Processing Unit including RS-485 (Modbus) module, 4-20mA analog module, on-off module, RTD module, pulse module, calculation and display module, communication module and neuron chip program module and also the method of resolving the problems which were found at the process of debugging are emphasized. Then the configuration software in monitor computer is briefly introduced. Finally, the author summarized some experience, noted some shortages and gave some proposal.
