原盐水力粉碎洗涤新技术研究

【摘要】 水力粉碎、洗涤原盐的优点已被证实,例如该技术同时具有粉碎和洗涤原盐的双重功能,因而不但简化了生产工艺流程,减小了环境污染,提高了粉碎洗涤效率,而且同机械粉碎比较,水力粉碎的产品具有杂质含量低,流动性好、外观晶莹和均匀性好等优点。研究结果表明水射流粉碎技术是一项极具应用和发展前景的新型原盐粉碎技术。用这种新型的技术改造我国传统的粉洗盐生产,以提高我国盐行业在国际市场上的竞争力,是本课题的终旨。 本课题以40l/min,功率:22kW的高压柱塞泵作为射流动力源,以饱和盐水作为射流介质,粉碎装置为自行设计的粉碎器。饱和盐水经高压柱塞泵加压通过粉碎器,在粉碎器中实现对原料盐的粉碎、洗涤。 为了确定水射流粉碎原盐的最佳工艺参数,本课题采用正交设计法来进行实验,通过对实验数据的正交分析,判断出因子:卤水射流压力,卤水喷嘴直径,料液混合喷嘴直径以及靶面对粉碎效果的影响程度大小,并得出最优的工艺参数。利用量纲分析法建立了水射流原盐粉碎生产能力的数学模型;采用多元线性回归的方法,建立了粉碎效果数学模型,初步建立了实现水射流原盐粉碎、洗涤工业化生产所需的数学模型,并依据模型相似原理对模型的放大进行了分析与预测,为进一步研究水射流原盐粉碎、洗涤的生产工艺奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The advantages of water power comminuting and washing raw salt has been approved, for example this technique possess double function that comminuting and washing raw salt at the same time. It not only can simplify the technologic flow, minish environment pollution and improve efficiency of comminuting and washing, but also can decline impurity content of output , improve fluidity , seeming quality and so on. High-pressure water jet comminuting technique as a kind of new-fashioned technique will own broad application and good prospect. It is the finally purport of this thesis to apply this advance technique to our county salt industry as possible quickly as, in order to enhance competition ability of our county salt industry on the world.In this task, we use High-pressure pump(Q=401/min, P-22kw) to provide power for saturated brine. Comminuting device is designed by ourselves. After increasing pressure by High-pressure pump, saturated brine through the comminuting device, in there raw salt is comminuted.In order to ensure the most excellent technical parameters, this thesis presents that one can use the method of orthogonal analysis to study factors how to influence the process of comminuting. Math model about industrialized production of High-pressure water jet comminuting and washing has been founded by taking method of dimension analytical. Furthermore, analysis and forest of model enlargement have been done according to principle of model resemble. It is necessary for further research the technique of waterpower comminuting and washing raw salt.
