长株潭空间一体化研究

【摘要】 探讨城市群体的一体化机制和模式，促进城市合作关系的形成，具有很强的现实性和前沿性。随着以长株潭一体化为龙头的“一点一线”区域开发正式实施以来，长株潭区域成为众多学者研究和关注的焦点。本文正是在这种背景下，跳出传统的自上而下的研究角度，从空间和网络的角度出发，系统地探讨了城市空间一体化理论；采用定性和定量相结合的方法研究长株潭空间一体化的形成机制及战略对策。全文内容可分为5个部分。 第一部分：理论综述。这部分简要地介绍了国内外城市空间一体化的宏观背景及论文的研究意义，综述了国内外城市一体化研究的理论成果和在此基础上的实践评价。 第二部分：理论分析。这一部分从理论上分析了城市一体化的内涵、目标、状态特征、动力机制和结节点、一般演进过程、一般模式及其整体效益，形成了一个较为系统的理论体系。 第三部分：长株潭区域背景和形成机制分析。这一部分对长株潭的区域背景分析是从区位、经济实力、科技实力、自然资源、基础设施、生态环境、城市化水平、产业结构、土地管理、行政组织协调等方面来分析长株潭城市一体化的有利和不利条件，并在此基础上从政策机制、投资机制、辐射机制、积聚机制等方面分析了长株潭一体化的形成机制。 第四部分：长株潭城镇体系现状分析及其一体化水平预测。这部分先采用定性和定量相结合的方法从等级体系、职能体系、空间体系三个方面分析其城镇体系，并在此基础上采用一些数学模型对长株潭一体化的发展水平进行预测。 第五部分：实现长株潭一体化的战略对策。一是加速长株潭城乡一体化的对策探讨；二是实施长株潭一体化发展的调控对策；三是实现长株潭一体化必须走市场化的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To probe into mechanism and model of the city-group integration and promote the form of city’ s co-operative relationship is of much reality and advance. Since the project of "one point and one line" area-development in which Changsha city and Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan city are the faucet has been into effect, this area has been the focus of the study of the scholars who have paid close attention to this area. Under the background , the paper would break away from the traditional research angel from up to down, and probe into the city-space integration theory system from the angel of space and the network; By combining the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, the paper studies form mechanism and strategy of Changsha city and Zhuzhou city and Xiangtan city-group integration. The paper includes five parts.Part I : Theory summary. In this part, the paper introduces macro-background and importance of research on city-space integration, and summarizes the city-space integration theoretical result and the practical appreciation based on the former theory .Part II : The theoretical analysis. In this part, the paper analyzes the connotation and the goal and the peculiarity and the power mechanism and the junction and the general proceeding progress and the general model and its benefit, therefore forms a very systematical theory.Part III: The area background and the formed mechanism analysis. From the location and the economic strength and the technical strength and the natural resource and the foundation and the urbanization-level and the industrial structure and the land management and the administrative coordination , etc. The paper analyzes the area background and researches the advantageous and the disadvantageous conditions, then based on the analysis, the paper analyzes the formed mechanism of the city-space integration, further, from the angel of policy mechanism and the investment mechanism and the radiation mechanism the accumulation mechanism, etc. Part IV:The present situational analysis of cities and towns’ system and the level forecast of its integration. By the analytical method combining the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, from the grade system and the functional system and space-system, the paper analyzes the cities and towns’ system, then based on the analysis, forecast the city-space integration developmental level in the future by using some mathematical model.Part V :The strategy to realize the city integration. One is to accelerate the strategy research of the integration. The other is to carry out the regulation strategy of the city-space integration development, and the third is to take the market road to realize the city-space integration.更多还原
