【摘要】 我国历来是农业大国，三农问题是我国政府和人民一直重视的大问题。土地特别是耕地是人们生存和发展的重要资源，是农民重要的生产资料。 二十世纪是我国社会、政治、经济等各个领域发生巨大变化的一个世纪。农地制度也随着社会经济的发展而不断革命、改革和完善，先后经历了多次变迁，对我国农业经济产生了巨大的影响。 苏南地区自明清以来就是我国经济较发达地区，特别是自改革开放以来，随着乡镇企业的飞速发展，我国农地制度的不断变迁，苏南农业经济得到了空前的发展。然而，伴随着社会经济的快速发展，苏南农业经济出现了许多新情况、新问题。面临着外生条件的急剧变化，农地制度的进一步改革和完善显得非常迫切。 自二十世纪30年代以来，学者们的研究基本是以1949年解放为界前后独立进行，特别是以“农地制度与二十世纪的苏南农业经济”为论题的研究更是很少。 因此，本人选择这一论题作为自己的学位论文，具有一定的现实意义和学术价值。 全文的内容共分5章：第一章是绪论，主要包括研究的依据、目的及意义，国内外相关研究概述，研究的主要理论和方法等内容；第二章在回顾二十世纪苏南农地制度变迁过程的基础上，对不同时期苏南农地制度的特点进行了归纳分析；第三章对苏南农地制度变迁的动因从人地关系、国家政治、劳动力转移和技术进步等角度进行了探讨；第四章从粮食生产和农民收入等方面分析了农地制度变迁对苏南农业经济的影响；第五章对苏南农地制度改革或创新面临的现实问题进行了分析论证，并对苏南农地制度的进一步创新提供了一些思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has long been a large agricultural country. Agriculture, rural area and the farmer issues have been the key concern that has gained great attention of the Chinese government and its people. Land, especially the arable land is not only the important resource for the subsistence and development of the Chinese people, but also the key production materials of the farmers.Twenty century was the one in which China has experienced huge changes in its social, political and economic sectors. With the rapid social and economic development, the agricultural land system has also been under reform and improvement. It has experienced several changes and has exerted a huge impact on the agricultural economy in China.The southern Jiangsu province has been an economically developed area in China since the Ming and the Qing dynasties. Particularly since the implementation of the reform and open door policy, agricultural economy has gained enormous progress in the area with the rapid development of township enterprises and the continuous changes of the agricultural land system in China. However, the social and economic development also brought new issues to the agricultural economy in the area. Challenged by the dramatic changes of the exogenous conditions, it is imperative to further reform and improve the land system.Since the 1930s, scholars have carried out a number of studies on the land system with the founding of the People’s Republic of China as a division line. The subject on "Agricultural Land System and the Agricultural Economy in southern Jiangsu Province in the 20th Century", which is selected as the subject of my thesis, has rarely been covered inthe previous studies. Therefore, the conduction of this thesis has a practical significance and academic value.There are altogether five chapters. The first chapter is an outline introducing the resource, objectives and significance of the study, a general introduction on the related research both in China and in foreign countries, the main theory and methodology used in the study. In the second chapter, a summary and an analysis was given on the characteristics of the agricultural land system of the southern Jiangsu province in different periods on the basis of the review on the agricultural land system evolution in the area in the 20th century. The third chapter was a discussion of the driving force of the evolution from the following perspectives: people-land relationship, national politics, labour migration and technical innovation. Then it comes to the analyses of the impact of the agricultural land system evolution on the agricultural economy in the area from aspects like the grain production and farmers’ income in the fourth chapter. The last chapter analyses and validate the practical issues the agricultural land system reform or innovation are facing in Southern Jiangsu province and eventually recommendations are given on the further innovation of the agricultural land system in Southern Jiangsu province.更多还原
