【摘要】 在城市形态与城市交通之间，存在着一种相互促进、相互制约的互动关系。一方面，城市形态是构成城市交通需求的根源，它们对于城市交通量的大小、交通源的分布以及对交通工具的选择都有非常重要的影响，往往从宏观上决定了城市交通系统的结构和基础。另一方面，可动性、可达性、出行时间这些交通性能指标的变化，也深刻的影响着城市形态。两者之间的这种复杂互动关系，构成了城市不断发展的动力。 历史发展的经验表明，能否形成城市形态与城市交通之间的和谐关系，往往决定了一个城市的发展后劲。因此，对于今天的城市来说，只有从自身的条件出发，形成彼此适应的城市形态与城市交通，才能够实现可持续发展的目标。 (全文约60600字，图56幅)更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between transportation and urban form could be described as both stimulating and restricting. On the one side, the transportation demands of a city are decided by the urban form; on the other side, some transportation performance indexes, such as mobility, accessibility and commuting time also could influence the urban form profoundly. Therefore, the complexity between transportation and urban form could be thought as an impetus to the development of the city.As the experiences of the cities in history, whether the harmony between the transportation and urban form is established had usually decided the continuous prosperity of the cities. Consequently, creating the adaptive urban form and transportation of themselves is so important for today’s cities trying to achieve the sustainable developments.(The thesis has about 60600 characters and 56 illustrations.)更多还原
