三平移磁悬浮式隔振器的设计与应用研究

【摘要】 救护车担架隔振装置可以衰减在运送途中车身底板通过“病员—担架”系统传给人体的振动和冲击,不致再增加伤员的痛苦和使病情恶化,便于医务工作者实施必要的急救工作,因此它在改进救护车平顺性方面有其特有的作用。但目前国内现有的担架支架隔振装置都存在减振效果不理想的问题。本文针对上述问题,分析了磁悬浮技术在工程中的应用概况,对稀土永磁材料在隔振系统的磁悬浮应用特性作了研究,给出了永磁系统空间磁感应密度及磁力定量计算的方法,试制了几种磁悬浮式隔振实验装置,通过试验测试和应用人工神经网络的方法对其良好悬浮特性和非线性刚度特性进行了综合分析,引入实验修正系数完善了理论模型。在此基础上,分析了救护车担架支架隔振系统总体结构,并将一种能实现空间三维平移的并联机构应用于救护车担架支架磁悬浮式隔振装置中,提出了一种新型的三平移磁悬浮式隔振器模型,并通过数学模型分析和ADAMS软件仿真分析了其良好的运动学特性和减振特性,设计并研制了这种三平移磁悬浮式隔振器,实验结果表明它具有良好的非线性隔振效果,较低的固有频率,可以避免人体的共振区,能较好的衰减振动能量,并可实现空间三个垂直方向的减振,可广泛应用于汽车座椅、救护车担架支架等系统中。

【Abstract】 Vibration isolating device on ambulance stretcher system can attenuate the vibration and impact acting on body of ambulance stretcher from soleplate of bodywork on the way to hospital, which not only can never increase wounded person’s pain and worsen state of an illness, but also be convenient for first aid of medical operator. So it can improve the stableness and smoothness of ambulance effectually. But now our country’s absorber has not good effect of vibration isolating. In this paper, aiming at these problems ,the application of magnetic suspension technique in practice is analyzed, and the magnetic suspension applied characteristics of Rare Earth Permanent Magnet material in the vibration isolating system are studied, and the method with which spatial flux density and magnetic force is calculated quantitatively is presented. Several kinds of magnetic suspended absorbers are trial-manufactured and their good magnetic suspension trait and favorable nonlinear rigidity trait are tested and analyzed synthetically by the methods of experiment and artificial neural network. Moreover , an experiment coefficient is introduced to adjust the theory so as to meet the design of magnetic suspension absorber. Base on it, the whole configuration of ambulance stretcher isolating system is analyzed, and a sort of Three degrees of freedom translation parallel robot mechanisms is applied to ambulance stretcher isolating system, a newly magnetic suspended absorber with three Degrees of Freedom Translation is put forward and developed, and its good capabilities of kinematics and vibration isolating are validated by math model analysis, the software-ADAMS simulation and experiment test.
