四氢巴马汀对雌性大鼠血清中催乳素水平的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察四氢巴马汀的左旋体(左旋四氢巴马汀,L-THP)和消旋体(消旋四氢巴马汀,dl-THP)对培高利特(Pergolide Mesytate Salt,Per)及溴隐亭(Bromocriptine,Bro)诱导的雌性大鼠催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)水平低下的影响。方法:通过对雌性大鼠皮下注射(sc)Per或Bro建立雌性大鼠PRL水平低下模型,在此模型基础上,腹腔注射(ip)L-THP和dl-THP,研究L-THP和dl-THP对Per及Bro诱导的雌性大鼠PRL水平低下的影响。结果:皮下注射(sc)Per或Bro可显著而迅速地降低雌性大鼠的血清PRL水平,腹腔注射(ip)L-THP,可对抗用Per或Bro诱导的雌性大鼠血清PRL水平低下的作用;腹腔注射(ip)dl-THP,对Per或Bro诱导的雌性大鼠血清PRL水平低下几乎无影响。结论:L-THP可能是D2受体拮抗剂。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: Studying the effects of .L-tetrahydropalmatine (L-THP) and d1- tetrahydropalmatine (dl-THP) to female rats with low serum prolaction(PRL) caused by pergolide (Per) and bromocriPtine (Bro). METHODS:The model of female rats with low serum PRL was made by Subcutaneous Injection of Per and Bro. Then , injecting the L-THP and dl-THP to these models by intraperitone way to study the effects of L-THP and dl-THP on the level of serum PRL. RESULTS: The level of serum PRL of female rats was remarkably and quickly reduced by injecting Per and Bro. And the reduction effects can be antagonized by injecting Injecting L-THP. However, injecting dl-THP has no such effects to the models. CONCLUSION: L-THP may be considered as an antagonist of dopamine D2 receptors.
