【摘要】 龙凤热电厂是六十年代建立起来的中温中压燃油热电厂。近年来，随着电力行业改革步伐的加大及燃油价格的持续上涨，该厂生存面临着严峻的挑战。为此，该厂进行了以油改煤工程为基础的建立新管理模式的二次创业，走出了一条符合该类型老电厂实际的新路子。本文以案例的形式系统全面地介绍了龙凤热电厂二次创业模式的主要举措，实事求是地总结分析了该厂二次创业模式的经验教训、利弊和得失，并就龙凤热电厂二次创业模式中存在的问题和不足，提出了建议和对策。同时，也充分肯定了二次创业模式的优越性，给出了该模式推广应用的范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Longfeng Thermoelectricity Plant is medium temperature and medium pressure fuel thermoelectricity plant which built in 1960’s. In recent years, with the continuous increasing of fuel price and the further reform of electric-power industry. Therefore this plant conducted the renovation based on the coal-to-oil project, and found a new way which conforms with the practical conditions of old electricity plant. This paper systematically and comprehensively discussed the main measures of renovation, summarized the experiences and lessons, the advantage and disadvantage, and put forward the advice about the existent problems of renovation model. Meanwhile the superiority of renovation model has been affirmed positively, and the application area of this model has been given.更多还原
