船舶电站控制系统及物理仿真装置的研究

【摘要】 电站自动化是进一步提高电站供电的可靠性、连续性及其质量指标的必由之路,对其进行研究有很重要的现实意义。本文以船舶电站为研究对象,设计并建立了分布式的电站自动化实时监控系统。 在实时监控系统中,下位机以51单片机为核心,主要完成数据同步采集、电站的调节和控制;上位机负责曲线显示、历史数据保存、数据报表、数据打印等功能。 本文首先介绍了船舶电站自动化监控系统的主要作用,在此基础上,通过详实的分析,提出了实现电站自动化监控系统的各部分功能的具体控制策略。 然后对下位机系统的具体设计给予了介绍。下位机系统就其功能来说,等价于一个具有通讯接口的准同期电站控制装置。对准同期电站控制系统的介绍分硬件、软件两大部份进行。硬件部分主要包括数据采集电路、输出控制电路、键盘与显示接口电路、通讯接口电路的硬件设计原理和具体的电路图。软件部分主要包括自动并车程序、自动调频调载程序、与上位机通讯程序等的软件设计方法和具体框图。另外还专门进行了抗干扰设计的介绍。 接着介绍了上位机系统。上位机系统的监控软件主要包括软件控制面板的设计、通讯接口及接口数据处理、数据库及报表系统的设计等方面。 在文章的最后,结合实验室具体情况提出了实现进一步逼真模拟柴油机电站系统装置的改进方法;以及利用模糊+PI双模控制,提高实验室物理仿真系统控制性能的方法。并在对实验室具体装置建模的基础上,用MATLAB进行了计算机仿真研究,验证了该方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 The automation in power station is the only way to lift the power station supplies power on the dependability, continuance and indicator of quality, and it is the very significant actual sense to research the automation in power station. The original takes the shipping power stations as the research target, and the distributing type power station automation real time monitor system was establish in the designIn real time monitor system, the lower engine takes 51 SCM as the core, and chiefly completes the data synchronization collecting and the power station regulates and controls; the higher engine takes charge to display to curves, conserve historical data, report to data and print data, and so on.First of all, the original introduces the main action of shipping power station automation monitor system, on this base, and by means of the full and accurate analysis, propose the concrete control strategy of different part of monitor service of realization power station automation monitor systemAfterwards, the concrete design to the lower engine system is introduced. The lower engine system is as far as such function, equal to surely the same term control apparatus in power station with communication interface. The introduction on surely same term power station control system is divided up hardware and software. The hardware section chiefly consists of data collection circuit, export control circuit, keyboard and display interface circuit and hardware design rule and concrete circuit diagram of communication interface circuit. The software section chiefly consists of automatic synchronising program, automatically adjust FM and load program and software design means and the concrete frame picture of communicating with the higher engine. Besides the anti-jamming design is specially introducedThen this paper introduces the higher engine system.The higher engine system monitor software chiefly consists of software control panel design, communication interface and interface data handling, database and the report system design, and so on.Last of article, uniting the concrete situation of the laboratory, a modification means to simulate the systematic unit of diesel engine power station more clearly is put forward; along with utilizes fuzzy+ PI’s double model to lift the laboratory physics imitation system control performance means. Moreover on base of building model of the laboratory physics imitation system, had a simulation study in the way of MATLAB, and verified feasibility of this means.
