锅炉燃烧系统最优控制规律的研究

【摘要】 为了完成对燃煤锅炉燃烧系统的最优控制规律的研究,本文以某型燃煤锅炉的燃烧系统作为研究对象,分别对其蒸汽压力回路和经济燃烧回路进行系统分析,得到了相应的控制方案,设计了一种基于遗传算法的模糊-PI复合控制器对该系统进行控制,并用MATLAB下的遗传算法工具箱进行了系统仿真研究。 本文首先简单介绍了燃煤锅炉燃烧系统自动控制的主要任务,并介绍了目前对锅炉燃烧系统研究的一般控制规律以及模糊控制系统的发展及其在控制工程中的应用。 然后在对燃煤锅炉燃烧系统的工艺流程和工作过程的分析基础上,设计出对燃煤锅炉燃烧系统的控制方案。 接着对模糊控制系统和遗传算法的基本理论基础和设计方法进行了介绍,给出了模糊控制器和遗传算法的基本设计步骤。 重点是针对燃煤锅炉燃烧系统的特点和控制要求,设计了一种基于遗传算法的模糊-PI复合控制器对其进行控制,该控制器以偏差、偏差变化率作为输入量,通过遗传算法在线调整模糊控制器的模糊变量隶属度函数和PI控制器的参数,从而达到优化模糊控制规则和PI控制器参数的目的,实现燃烧系统的蒸汽压力回路和经济燃烧回路的控制要求。 最后在简单介绍了MATLAB下的遗传算法工具箱的基本使用方法后,用MATLAB下的遗传算法工具箱对燃煤锅炉燃烧系统进行了计算机仿真研究,给出了几组仿真曲线,通过比较,得出结论。
【Abstract】 In order to complete the research on optimal control regular for coal-fired boiler inflammation system .in this paper, a type of coal-fired boiler inflammation system is regarded as the research target, after separately analyzed steam pressure loop and economical inflammation loop, we obtained the relevant control scheme, and designed a kind of fuzzy-Pi compound controller on based of genetic algorithm to control two loops, and using genetic algorithm tool kit below the MATLAB progressed system simulation research.First, this paper gives the main mission of automatic control of coal-fired boiler inflammation system, and introduced actual ordinary control laws of boiler inflammation system study, along with fuzzy control system development and application in the control engineeringAfterwards on based of analyzing coal-fired boiler inflammation system technological process and work process,the coal boiler inflammation system control scheme is designed.Then, this paper introduced the fundamental theory base and design means of fuzzy controller and genetic algorithm, and gives fundamental design process of them.The stress is basing coal-fired boiler inflammation system feature and control demand to design a kind of fuzzy-Pi controller on based of genetic algorithm to control it. The controller refers the error and its variety rate as its inputs. And, in order to make the control qualities much better, concerns them as the performance index to optimize the membership function of the fuzzy variables and the PI’s controller parameter by means of online adjujsting the genetic algorithm, inflammation system steam pressure loop and economic inflammation loop. control demand is completed.At last, after the fundamental use means of genetic algorithm tool kit below the MATLAB is introduced, using it has a simulation study on the coal boiler inflammation system, and gives several simulation curves, passes compare, and gains conclusion.
