【摘要】 本文结合当前我国教育领域网络教学资源建设的实际，论述了网络教学资源的设计开发基本过程、信息资源的组织管理方法，以及在教育教学过程中应用网络教学资源的模式和形式，为网络教学资源的建设以及在实际教育过程中的应用提供了一点借鉴。 本文所讨论的“网络教学资源”主要是指基于网络的教学材料，即基于互联网运行的信息化教学资源，主要包括各类网络媒体素材、网络题库、试卷、网络课件、网络课程、教学案例、常见问题解答、资源目录索引以及文献资料等。网络教学资源建设是教育信息化建设的重要组成部分，是进行数字化学习、实现信息技术与课程整合的重要保证和前提，是开展网络教学的基础。网络教学资源的开发建设，是一项综合性很强的工作，在网络教学资源的开发过程中，要经过充分的论证，合理设计，详细分工，加强协作。资源的开发主要包括五个阶段，即初步分析、设计规划、具体制作、测试评价和修改。 规划设计主要包括教学系统的设计和软件的系统设计。网络教学资源的教学设计是以系统方法为基础，以学和教的有关理论为依据，根据教学资源的教学性要求，通过对学习者的分析，确定教学目标，选择教学内容，设计知识体系的结构，并根据具体知识单元的特点和要求，选择合适的教学媒体和教学内容的呈现方式，以期能够使设计出的教学网页达到最优化的教学效果。软件的系统设计就是根据教学系统的设计，对系统的结构、系统的功能模块、模块之间的相互关系、相互连接以及界面呈现方式进行设计。该过程主要包括系统结构设计和网页界面的设计。软件的系统结构对应于教学资源的知识结构层次，它决定了软件的系统设计方法，也决定了软件系统的使用方法。脚本编写是由面向教学策略的设计到面向计算机实现的过渡阶段，是教学资源制作的直接依据，按所描述的内容分为文字稿本和制作脚本。制作脚本是在文字脚本的基础上编写完成的，与计算机网络的基本特征和技术性能紧密相关、体现教学软件的技术性和艺术性水平，并作为软件制作的直接依据的一种书面形式。根据制作脚本，进行媒体素材的采集与处理、程序编码，并实现与教学支持环境的有机整合，形成完整的网络教学资源，也就是具体制作的过程，文中介绍了一些相应的工具。 随着教学网络的不断完善和信息资源的丰富发展，网络教学信息资源的组织管理显得尤为重要，如何将繁杂的信息加工转化为易于存取、可供有效利用的知识，如何设计、组织、运行、管理网络教学资源库，将直接关系到网络教学资源效能的发挥。本文从知识管理的角度对教学信息资源的组织管理进行初步探讨，网络教学资源建设与应用提出了一个多媒体教学资源管理应用平台系统结构，并对多媒体信息资源数据库的建立与访问、多媒体信息资源的检索进行研究，对多媒体数据库的模型尤其是面向对象的模型的建立以及数据库中基于内容的检索技术的实现进行了阐述。 网络教学资源的应用主要体现在网络远程教育和学校教育教学过程中。在网络远程教育过程中，主要的应用模式有实时课堂教学、非实时异步讲授(以VOD点播、课件点播为主)、辅导式教学、协作学习、研究性学习等。在学校教学中的应用主要体现在教学软件的制作和课堂教学中的应用，本文分别举例说明了具体的应用方法。 网络教学资源的建设和应用是一个不断探索和丰富发展的过程，无论在资源形式上还是教学模式上都在不断取得新的突破。资源的应用模式更加突出协作学习和研究性学习，体现以学习者为本的思想。网络教学资源建设是教育信息化的基础，是需要长期建设与维护的系统工程，需要遵循标准化、规范化、系统化和网络化的建设原则，以专业化流程进行开发，结合网络教学的实践，力求资源建设与教学改革相结合，持续稳定地推进这项网络教育基础建设工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 People’s way of production ,life and learning are being changed greatly because of the development of modern information technology represented by multimedia and network technology. As one of the most sinewy pry that shape 21st century, the information technology has been become an important power of the world enconomy’s development. With the apperence and application of network, an unprecedented reform will be pushed in educational area, the time and the spatial confinement have been destroyed. Out of question, it is historically significant to the development of human education.It is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to both educational enterprise and educator that the network technology has been applied extensively in educational area. At the present time, it is still renascent to the application of network in educational area. So that how to transit the concept and improve the teachers’ quality, how to construct hardware environment and software resources ,how to push the qualified education applying network environment or network teaching resources are important problems in educational area.In the thesis the design,the development, the way of organization and management, and the application of network teaching resources are discussed.The network teaching resources discussed in this thesis mean web-based teaching materials especially. As the important part of Educational Information-Based, the precondition of the information technology into the process of curriculum teaching and the foundmation of the web-based instructional ,the Network teaching resources construction comprise five phases mostly: propaedeutic analyses(analysis of feasibility, demand, teaching content),planning and design,development(Write manuscript book, selection of teaching components, design of teaching strategies, creat teaching circumstance, collect or disuse matter, program),testing and modification.The design of network teaching resourses include instructional design and the design of software system. The network instructional design bases on systems method,learning or teaching theory,includes the following:the analysis of learning objectives, learners’ characteristics, learning materials, and the design of cooperation environment, datebase, willingly learning strategies, cognitive tools, teaching strategies, teaching modes, learning evaluation.The design of software system includes the designof system structure and net page.With the developing of the teaching network,it is important to organize and manage the network teaching resources reasonably. In this thesis,the author put forward model of the management that manage the multimedia teaching resources,which is based on knowledge management.The network teaching resources are applied in the course of Distance Education and school education. The applying models in Distance Education and school education are discussed in the article.更多还原
