工装工时定额智能决策支持系统研究

【摘要】 工时定额是现代企业管理的一项关键性基础工作;随着科技的发展,为提高企业工时定额制订工作的水平、质量和效率,利用计算机系统辅助工时定额工作势在必行。在分析了国内研究现状和不足的基础上,针对工装工时定额难度大、企业中工时定额工作分为企业和车间两个不同的级别、特别是企业级工时定额有较强预测性和经验性的特点,本文提出构建工装工时定额智能决策支持系统的解决方案。该系统的设计与开发已基本完成,通过在成都飞机工业公司试用,效果良好。论文主要完成的研究内容如下: 1) 工装工时定额智能决策支持系统总体结构的设计 以决策支持系统、专家系统和智能推理技术为基础,根据工装工时定额制订的自身特点,设计确立了系统的总体结构,提出采用查表计算、推理决策和标案修改三种定额方法,使系统满足两级工时定额制订工作需要。 2) 系统数据源的设计与实现 完成了工装所属信息之间逻辑关系的定义,并实现工装信息以装配结构关系进行可视化管理。提出将模型分为两种级别、两种形式以及采用三级框架结构的特征模型表示方法,从而实现系统根据决策者各自决策风格和判断进行特征信息建模。采用和特征模型相同的表示方法—三层框架结构来表示工装范例,从而实现工装范例类型、信息的可扩展性。 3) 推理决策的设计与实现策略 面向企业级工时定额的推理决策方法是本文研究的重点。针对企业级工时定额具有很强的预测性、经验性的特点,为实现系统的智能性、高效性,提出采用以CBR为主体,KBR为辅助的混合推理模式;此模式为本文的创新点之一。其中,CBR过程中使用基于模糊集理论的权值临近范例检索方法,KBR过程中使用B样条拟合曲面的方法将离散、模糊的外形尺寸——定额工时值规律细化。 4)系统开发与实现 系统的开发、实现工作已基本完成,通过在成都飞机工业公司试用,效果良好。

【Abstract】 Man-hour rationing is an important and basic work for the modern enterprise management. With the development of the technology, it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the man-hour rationing by using computer aided technologies. On the basis of analyzing for the status and the defects of the domestic research and considering its characteristics such as heavy difficulty of man-hour rationing of tooling, two levels of man-hour rationing existing in the enterprise and workshops, and especially its great experience-dependence for the enterprise man-hour rationing, this thesis aimed at designing a computer aided system for man-hour rationing of tooling based on the intelligent decision support technology. The following are the main issues addressed by this thesis:1) The framework design of intelligent decision support system for man-hour ration of tooling. On the basis of the theory of decision supported system, expert system and intelligent reasoning, according to the characteristic of the man-hour rationing, this thesis designed a system framework which is adapted to both enterprise and workshop levels’ man-hour rationing by putting forward three kinds of methods called respectively checking list, reasoning decision and modifying standard case.2) Design and implementation of the data source of the system. This thesis denoted the logic relation of tooling information and implemented the visualized tooling information management according to the assembly structure relationship. Through the model divided into two levels, included by two forms and devoted by three-level frame structure, the system completes feature information modeling adapting to decision-maker’s decision and judgment style. Through tooling cases devoted by three-level frame structure which is same to feature models’, expansibility of tooling case’s type and information is implemented.3) Design and implementation of reasoning decision strategies. Reasoning decision strategies oriented to enterprise man-hour rationing level, is one of focus of this thesis. Aiming at the characteristic of the man-hour rationing in the enterprise wide that emphasizes forecasting and using of experience and knowledge, this thesis brought forward and adopts a hybrid reasoning model composed by CBR and KBR to make the system more intelligent and efficient. This is an innovation of this thesis. Fuzzy set-based retrieve algorithm is applied in the CBR, The discrete and fuzzy rules of the shape size-man-hour are fitted by a surface of double cubic B-spline in the KBR.4) Development and implement of the system. The system is generally completed and a good applying effect has been achieved in Chengdu Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation currently.
