【摘要】 随着计算机在日常工作中的广泛应用，人们的许多工作已经依靠计算机来完成，与此同时，各种类型的信息系统也被广泛使用来支持这些工作。但是这些系统基本上是独立运行的，相互之间缺乏必要的交互、协作与感知，从而使得它们在协调多个人的活动、以协同完成某个共同的任务方面有较严重的不足。这也就是工作流管理系统WFMS从90年代以来吸引来自研究机构和产业界广泛关注的重要原因。 作为计算机支持的协同工作CSCW研究的一个重要方向，工作流管理的主要目标是通过调用有关的信息资源与人力资源来协调业务过程中的各个环节，使之按照一定的顺序依次进行，从而实现业务过程的自动化。有关工作流管理的一些基本思想源自早期的“办公自动化”、“文档管理”、“表单处理”等领域。从CSCW研究的角度出发，WFMS是一种支持人们之间异地协作的一种群件系统，它是群件系统从支持同步的、非结构化协作向着支持形式化、结构化协作的进一步发展。 本文在参考了工作流技术研究的大量文献基础上，深入细致地研究了WFMC所提出的工作流系统参考模型，探讨了按照面向对象的设计方法，建立一个以工作流元模型—WPDL模型为基础的通用的工作流管理系统原型。同时，对设计模式进行了探讨，尝试将设计模式应用于系统的设计与开发之中。 第一章是对本文的综述。 第二章介绍了工作流管理系统中要理解的相关概念，说明了工作流管理系统参考模型，并对其中各个接口的功能进行了介绍。 第三章首先介绍工作流过程定义语言(WPDL)，在此基础上介绍了工作流管理联盟(WfMC)所定义的工作流元模型。 第四章阐述了按照面向对象的方法对系统进行的需求分析与设计，并介绍了设计模式在系统实现中的应用。 第五章是对本文的总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 In routine, with the widespread application of computer, much work has been finished by computer. At the same time, those work has been supported by all kinds of information system. But basically, these information system arc run independently, among these information systems, they lack of necessary interaction, cooperation, inter-perception. It results in a serious shortage in cooperating to finish some common task when they must coordinate many people’s activities, this is the reason that why workflow management system attract the wide attentions from the research institutes and industry fields.As an important study aspect of computer supported cooperation work, the main object of workflow management is to co-ordinate every links of business procedures to make it run in some definite sequences to fulfill the automation in business procedure by invocating concerned information resource and human resource. Some basic ideas in workflow management derive from inchoate"Office Automation", "Document Management", "Table Sheet Processing" and so on. At the point of view of CSS W, WFMS is a kind of groupware system used to support cooperation among people in different place. It’ s the development of groupware from supporting synchronous, no-structural cooperation to supporting formalistic, structural cooperation.This article refers many research thesis on workflow technology and on this basis describes the workflow reference model in detail. Constructs a general prototype workflow system on the basis of the WPDL Meta-model. At the same time, studies the design pattern and tries to use it in the design and realization of the system.The first chapter is a general description on this thesis.The second chapter introduces some basic conception need to understand and describes the architecture of the workflow model put forward by WfMC in detail. This chapter also describes the function of every kinds of interfaces defined in the model.The third chapter first introduces the workflow process definition language (WPDL) and on this basis introduces the meta-model designed by WfMC.The fourth chapter is the design and realization of the system using object-oriented method and introduces the usage of the design pattern in this paper.The fifth chapter summarize all the paper and forecast the research work in the future.更多还原
