基于DSP的实时监测与故障诊断系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 本文在N—S碎碾机状态监测及故障诊断系统的工业试验方案的基础上提出了产品定型的初步方案,采用双CPU的系统结构,使DSP芯片承担数据处理功能,而单片机微控制器用作外设控制和I/O接口处理机,实现优势互补,优化了系统结构,使系统能更好地满足实际工况的需要,并且根据系统的结构设计了相应的软件,使系统完成N—S碎碾机组实时状态监测的功能。 首先,在硬件设计方面做出了相应的修改,仍将原系统分为信号采集模块、信号处理模块、人机交互模块和数据通信模块这样的几部分,但在元件的选型上根据试验中产生的问题做了改动,特别是改用了16位定点DSP处理器TMS320VC5402与80C51的主从系统的设计方案,使TMS320VC5402与8051充分发挥其性能优势,分别实现系统中的不同功能,C5402作为数字信号处理的核心,80C51则实现系统的I/O控制功能,使双CPU能发挥各自的优势,系统能够较好地完成各模块的功能。 其次,在软件编写方面,除了常用的数据通信、人机交互等模块的软件设计以外,主要是实现信号处理模块的编写,对于A/D采样后的数据,进行FFT变换,然后通过IIR软件滤波器,以及自适应软件滤波器进行噪声滤波处理,提取其频谱特性。在文中较为详细地介绍了IIR滤波器理论,自适应滤波器理论,快速傅立叶变换理论,它们实现的具体算法及其在C语言或MATLAB中的模拟实现,然后谈到了相关算法在TMS320VC5402DSP中实现时应该注意到的有关问题,并将算法的模拟和在DSP中的实现做了比较,完成了相关的程序设计。 在本文中还介绍了数字信号处理技术方面的知识和机械故障诊断技术的发展。
【Abstract】 The paper puts forward preliminary scheme of equipment registration on the base of commerical test scheme of the status monitoring & faults diagnosis of N - S Crash-Grind Machine. In the scheme we adopt double CPUs system structure. The DSP chip is used to process data and the MCU is used as peripheral equipment controller and I/O interface processor. The scheme optimizes the architecture and makes the system better to satisfy the actual operation. And we design relevant software to assure real time condition monitoring of N-S Crash-Grind Machine.First, we make relevant alterations on the hardware design aimed at the defects of commerical test scheme. The system is yet divided into signal acquisition module, signal processing module, interactive module and data communication module. But we make change on the choice of element. Especially we adopt the 16-bit fixed DSP processor TMS320VC5402 and the 80C51 on the host-slave system. So the TMS320VC5402 and 8051 can sufficiently exploit the particular of each and achieve the distinct functions of the system, C5402 is used as the digital signal processing core, the 80C51 is used to realize I/O control function. So CPUs can be made full use of advantages and system can better accomplish functions of every module.Secondly, we chiefly accomplish the module of digital signal processing except for modules such as communication module and interactive module on the aspect of software design. The data after A/D sampling will be extracted spectrum characteristic by the FFT. Then signal will be processed by the IIR software wave filter and the self-adaptive software wave filter to filter noise. In the paper, the IIR wave filter theory, self-adaptive filtering theory and Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) theory are detailed introduced. The correlative arithmetic, the imitation realization in the C language or MATLAB, the relevant problems in the TMS320VC5402 DSP realization of correlation algorithm and the questions should be paid attention to are introduced. We also complete the concrete arithmetic compare between DSP program and imitation program.The knowledge on the aspect of Digital Signal Processing and the development on the mechanical failure are introduced in the paper.
