【摘要】 实现中国的富强，建成现代化的国家是近代自强不息的中国人奋斗的目标。然而，在帝国主义横行的年代，中国历尽沧桑，遭受了不少坎坷。新中国成立后，我国建设的目标和道路日趋明显，建设富强、民主、文明的现代化国家已是国人皆知。如何实现这一目标?中国现代化与人的发展关系是什么?现代化中人的发展居于怎样的地位?这些问题是我们必须思考和回答的。尤其是现在，我国实现了现代化建设的前两步战略目标，进入全面建设小康社会的历史时期。世界已进入知识经济时代，人的素质高低，人的发展快慢已成为现代化建设成败的关键，人才的竞争已成为国与国之间竞争的焦点。江泽民在“七·一讲话”中着重提出并多方阐述了人的全面发展思想，把促进人的全面发展作为我国现代化建设所追求的目标。这实际上是我们党冷静观察世界，顺应时代潮流的果敢决策。本文立足于21世纪中国现代化建设，分析了现代化概念的形成过程，结合中国共产党对现代化的探索，界定了中国现代化的内涵，以马克思主义人的全面发展思想和江泽民同志关于人的全面发展思想的论述为理论依据，分析了人的全面发展的内涵。人的全面发展离不开现代化建设，21世纪中国现代化建设是人全面发展的现实立足点，中国现代化建设将会为人的全面发展创造良好的条件。所以，我们要加快现代化建设步伐，不断促进人的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the aim for generations of our Chinese people to bring about a prosperous and strong, modern country. In imperialism times China had gone through a great many of hardships and difficulties. After New-China’s setting up, our aim and way of developing become more and more clear, and almost all Chinese people know that it is our aim to build a modern Country. How to bring about the aim? What is the relation-ship between modernization of China and development of individuals? What is the position of individuals’ development during the course of modernization? Now we face these questions, and must give out the answers. When the world steps into the period of knowledge economy, individuals’ quality and developing’s speed are the key to modernization. Competition on qualified personnel already becomes the focus of competing countries in the world. Jiang Ze-min emphatically proposed and explained the thoughts about all-round development of individuals in the Address on the 1st day of July, and regarded advancing all-round development of individuals as the aim of modernization. In fact, this is a courageous and resolute decision.My thesis bases on modernization of China in the 21st century. It analyses the course of the concept’s coming into being, defines the connotation of China’s modernization according to the Communist Party of China’s efforts for it, defines the connotation of all-ground development of individuals. All-ground development of individuals doesn’t depart from modernization and modernization is the foundation of all-ground development of individuals. So we should quicken the tempo of socialist construction and advance all-ground development of individuals, and then realize modernization of China earlier.更多还原
