柳海龙侧弹踢技术的三维运动学分析

【摘要】 散打运动走向世界竞技舞台,需要科学的研究手段为依托,目前,由于传统武术观念和理论的影响,导致了现代科研手段的较少介入,在某种程度上阻碍了散打运动的发展。侧弹踢是武术散打运动中最重要的腿法之一,它主要以“鞭打”为主要运动特征,故又称“鞭腿”。侧弹踢动作突然性强、速度快、力量大、打击范围大,在散打对抗中能够起到重创对手的效果,成为散打运动员在对抗中的最重要得分手段之一。在武术散打王争霸赛、中国功夫对泰拳、中国功夫对美国拳击、世界杯武术散打比赛中可以看出,侧弹踢技术具有较强的实用性和巨大威力,特别是在中国功夫对美国拳击比赛中,中国散手运动员的侧踢腿往往重创美国拳击手,显示出侧弹踢技术强大的杀伤力。随着散打运动竞技水平的提高,比赛中对抗的日益激烈,侧弹踢作为最重要的得分手段之一,在进攻技术中占相当高的使用率,资料统计表明,“一名散打运动员在一场比赛中侧弹踢的使用率占进攻技术的30%左右,占腿法进攻技术的90%左右。因此,研究侧踢踢动作技术,把握侧弹踢动作的运动规律,具有很大的现实意义。 本文采用文献资料法、摄像机现场拍摄法、影片解析法、数理统计法以及专家咨询法,对我国优秀散打运动员柳海龙左高侧弹踢打击沙袋的全过程进行了处理和分析,获得了一批较全面的人体运动学指标和参数,从各环节的运动轨迹特征、各环节的速度特征、角量变化特征等运动学的角度,定性、定量的对获得的指标和参数进行了较为全面和系统的分析,得出了柳海龙高侧弹踢动作的基本运动学特征:从肩髋的运动轨迹和肩髋角变化曲线看,两肩的运动特征呈现往复转动的现象,侧弹踢动作有人体大环节——躯干参与运动,以便产生更大的动量矩;从左髋、左膝、左脚尖的轨迹特征和速度特征来看,腿部运动链的活动顺序是从大环节到小环节,然后又——制动;侧弹踢的速度特征也显示出腿部各环节速度依次增大,是一个典型的鞭打动作;在打击沙袋的一瞬间,左脚尖的速度不是最大,而是Y轴上的速度Vy最大,此时左脚尖的速度已经降低;运动员的大小腿有一个折叠——打开的过程,增强了鞭打效果。本课题的研究旨在揭示侧弹踢技术动作的真实运动规律和特征,丰富和深化散打运动的理论体系和研究方法,诊断、改进和提高侧弹踢动作技术,为散打教学和训练提供可靠的运动学指标和参数,推动散打运动理论研究的系统化、科学化。

【Abstract】 With the coming to the world sport arena, science is becoming more more importnt in the study on free fighting. However, the traditional training theory obstracts the progress of wushu in some way. As one of the most impornt leg moving methods in morden free fighting skills, it has the characteristic of "whip" . Because of it’ s high-speed and great-force, side-spring-kick is attached more importance in modern free fighting game. In serious of tourments, side-spring-kick has showed great power. With the improvement of free fighting copetitive level, is becoming the most imporant score measure. Therefore, it has actuality signifiance to study the kinematics rule of side-spring-kick skill.Though document method, on-the-spot shooting method, film analysis method, data-statistics and consulting with experts, this articl tries to analuse the whole process of Liu Hai-long’ s hitting sandbag with the left high side-spring-kick manage to obtain a series of data and parameters related to physical kinematics. At the same time, this article makes an overall and sustematic qualitative and quantative analysis to the obtained data and parameters. From the perspectives of each segments locus features and speed feathures and theangle variation characteristics, hence getting the basic kinematic characteristics of Liu Hai-long’ s left side-spring-kick movement, seen from his shoulders and hipbone’ s movement locus and their angle curve, the left .shoulder’ s movement locus turns out to reciprocate; inthe process of pre-waving , the sportsman’ s waist and stomach are fastened while in the ending period of thigh foruard-waving, his waist and stamach are fastened in the opposite direction, so it is shown that the left kicking leg movement really involves the big segment棗trunk in order to produce a larger anglar momentum; seen from the locus characrteristics and speed characteristics, of the left hipbone, the left knee, the left tiptoe, the movement chain in the leg moves from the big segment to the small segment; the speed characteristics side kicking leg shows that at each segment, the speed of the movement, at the moment of hit ing sandbag, the greatest speed doesn’ t lie in the the left tiptoe, but on the Y axis, thefolding----unfolding process of the sportsman’ s legstregthens the whip effect .The research is intended to reveal the kicking movement’ s real movement reguler pattern and chacteristics, enrich and deepen the theoretical system and research methods on free fighting sports, provide reliable standards and parameters for its education and training and also promote the systemlization and scientification of its thoretical research.
