【摘要】 因特网技术的迅速发展极大地推动了数字视频应用及传输技术的发展。视频、音频、数据的多业务接入与传输问题是国际上一个新的研究热点，传送网的构建形式成为其中的一个关键技术。较之于其它几种典型的宽带接入方案，有线数字视频广播(DVB-C)同轴电缆网能够克服费用昂贵等特点。因此，DVB-C同轴电缆宽带接入具有极大的市场开发潜力。 本文提出的MPEG-2TS流发送卡，它能解决DVB-C中节目传输流与同轴电缆网的有效接入。此卡基于PC机平台，首先将节目源数据以二进制文件的格式存放在普通IDE硬盘上，然后通过计算机的PCI总线将二进制文件经过发送卡转换成符合数字电视ASI(异步串行接口)接口标准的平稳码流。根据欧洲DVB-C标准，可变的传送流速率为9.6~38.4Mbit／s。此速率超过了ISA总线所能支持的传送速率，而PCI总线能够胜任这一要求，由此确定节目传输流发送卡采用PCI总线。此卡利用PCI总线控制器、FIFO芯片、FPGA芯片、高速串行数据通信发送芯片，解决传输流与PCI总线之间的接口问题，实现了MPEG-2传输流与外设的高速数据传输。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technical of internet is biggest pushed development with the application of figure video and deliver the technical. Many operation met and transfer’s question of Video, audio, data is studied hotspot in the world,The transfer of net is become of a key technic. In comparison with and other a few and typical strap takes to connect into the project,The coaxial cable net of DVB-C can overcome the characteristics of costing expensive ect.Therefore,the DVB-C coaxial cable strap takes to connect in to have the tremendous market development potential.The text puts forward to flow to send out the card of TS’s MPEG-2,It can solve the DVB-C inside program deliver to flow to connect into with coaxial cable net effectively. The card is based on the flat roof of PC machine,At first,we are used of the source of program data to leave in IDE care, Then binary file is come by the send out card,which is transmitted the standard’s transmission stream.According to the European the standard of DVB-C,variable transmission current velocity rate is 9.6-38.4 Mbits/s. the tramsission rate exceed to the range of ISA bus,moreovcr the PCI bus can be competent for the rate request.The card makes use of the total line in PCIcontroller,the slice of FIFO,FPGA and super-speed a data correspondence chip,which can solve the transmission stream and total line in PCI connecting problem.and realizes the MPEG-2 deliver to flow with establish outside delivers.更多还原
