产业群形成机制研究

【摘要】 近年来，以美国硅谷的高科技产业群和意大利的传统中小企业集群为代表的产业集群发展模式凭借其出色的经济表现，引起了经济学家、管理学家和产业政策制定者们的广泛关注，许多国家的地方政府已经开始将地方产业群战略作为其区域政策或产业组织政策的重要内容。然而由于当前学术界对产业群理论的研究不够深入，也不够系统，故至今没有形成一套系统的可以指导地方政府集群治理实践的理论体系。本文旨在通过对产业群形成机制的分析，揭示产业群的产生、成长、成熟和衰退的规律及其内在原因，从而为地方政府制定产业群战略提供理论指导和分析框架。 本文共分六章，第一章首先对产业群的概念进行界定并简述产业群的特征，接着对产业集聚机理的相关理论做了简单回顾；第二章对产业群的形成条件和萌芽动因进行了分析；第三章重点研究产业群成长的动力机制；第四章对产业群寿命周期各阶段的生长特点及其动因进行了分析；第五章是在前几章对产业群形成机制研究的基础上得出的几点启示；第六章利用本文建立的分析框架对我国三类典型产业群当前面临的动力问题进行了分析并提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, excellent performance in economy of the high-tech enterprise cluster in the Silicon valley and of the traditional industrial clusters in Italy has attracted attention of scholars and public policy makers. Some countries’ local governments have turned its focus from industrial policy to cluster policy. Despite of this, most governments still know little about the mechanism of industrial cluster because cluster theories are not perfect and are not widely spread. Many local governments in china are in this rank, they either didn’t know how to deal with a growing industrial cluster or plan to build high-tech cluster without considering local condition.The aim of this paper is to find out the pattern of cluster growing, its drives and how these drives act each other. By doing this, the writer try to inform industrial policy makers of cluster’s living mechanism and provide them with an analysis mode. This article conclude seven chapters, the first and second chapter give a brief review of industrial cluster theories, the third chapter analyze how a cluster appear, the fourth chapter analyze industrial cluster’s drives and action mechanism, the fifth chapter research industrial cluster’s growing pattern and reasons, the sixth chapter give some advices on how to accelerate cluster’s growing and on how to maintain a cluster’s vital. The last chapter reveal problems faced by industrial clusters in china and put forward some advices.更多还原
