适用于DTMF信号接收器中的高带通开关电容滤波器的设计

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了开关电容滤波器的发展过程以及滤波器的基本原理和分类。着重介绍了三种滤波器的近似函数以及其推导过程,并介绍了为什么要选择椭圆近似。 DTMF信号是近年来产生的一种新的数据传输方案。本文介绍了DTMF信号的由来,编码以及一个完整的DTMF接收系统的工作流程图。 开关电容滤波器的实现方法主要有两种:双二阶法和Z域法,本文着重介绍了这两种实现方法并分别用这两种方法对开关电容滤波器的功能进行了实现。开关电容滤波器中,运算放大器的性能对整个滤波器的性能有着较大的影响,因此本文介绍了一种典型的两级运算放大器的设计方法,并对该运算放大器的性能进行了测试。最后使用无锡华晶的晶圆库Csmc60对整个滤波器的主要性能进行了测试,并对两种方法设计出来的滤波器的性能进行了比较。在设计的过程中,为Z域法滤波器的参数的优化,设计了一个程序。

【Abstract】 Firstly, this thesis introduces the development of switched capacitor filters and basic principles of normal filters. In the first part, this thesis emphasizes to introduce the approximation functions and inducement of three filters. Also this thesis introduces the reason of choosing the cauer approximation.The DTMF signal is a new method in the data transferring system that emergences in recent years. This thesis introduces the history and development of the DTMF signal and a DTMF receiving system’s working diagram.There are two methods to realize the function of the switched capacitor filter: dual-two order method and Z-domain method. This thesis emphasizes to introduce the two methods and realize the functions with the two methods. In the switched capacitor filter circuit, the properties of the operational amplifier influences the whole circuit severely, so this thesis introduce a typical operational amplifier that has two orders and tests the main properties of it. At last, this thesis tests the properties of the whole circuit system with the library of Csmc60 and compares the results of the two methods. Also thesis gives a code that can optimize the parameter of the switched capacitor filter when using the Z-domain method.
