肝癌组织热物性及血液灌注率测量系统的研究

【摘要】 在肝癌的微波热凝固治疗过程中,为了微波加热场能够有效的覆盖肿瘤,同时避免烧伤正常组织,因而温度场的分布预测和监控十分重要。研究表明肿瘤组织的热物性和组织局部血液灌注率的大小对温度场的分布有重要的影响。在临床治疗中组织热物性参数和血液灌注率的值都是凭经验估计,因而准确的测量出这些参数对临床治疗有十分重要的意义。 本文探讨了深部组织热物性参数和血液灌注率在体实时测量方法,研制了实用的测量系统。本文首先用这种装置测量液体介质和离体介质的导热率来验证测量系统的准确性,然后用流动的液体模拟活体组织来测量流动介质的导热率和灌注率。最后运用在活体组织(兔肝脏、兔脾脏),实验为解决微波热凝固治疗肝癌中的温度预测和治疗方案设计提供了技术基础。
【Abstract】 IMC (Invasive Microwave Coagulation) is new method for the treatment of liver tumors. In order to insure the temperature field could cover with the liver tumors, it is important to predict and monitor distribution of temperature field. Study shows that thermal properties and blood perfusion rate of organic body tissue affect the distribution of temperature field remarkably. In the clinical application of IMC therapy of liver tumors, surgeons always tend to estimate the values of thermal properties and blood perfusion rate by experience. It is significant to measure thermal properties and blood perfusion rate real time in IMC therapy.A measurement method of thermal properties and blood perfusion rate organic body tissue is described in this paper, and a new measurementsystem is developed. Liquid medium and dead medium were first used to verify the veracity of measurement result acquired by this measurement system , then this measurement system used to measure thermal properties and perfusion rate of flowing medium and live tissue. A series of experiments provide technical information to predict temperature distribution and therapy scheme.
