基于虚拟仪器技术的工业视觉检测系统

【摘要】 计算机视觉检测是现代工业检测的重要手段之一。随着现代制造技术的发展,传统的检测技术已经无法满足现代化大生产的要求。计算机技术和图像处理技术的发展使得计算机视觉检测技术得到了越来越广泛的应用。计算机视觉检测具有可靠、精度高、非接触和高速的特点。 本课题从实际应用出发,把计算机视觉技术和虚拟仪器技术结合起来,实现了工业产品的计算机视觉检测系统的开发。本课题对计算机视觉检测技术所涉及的CCD摄像头、光学镜头、照明光源进行了分析和研究;另外,结合实际把边缘检测和模板匹配等数字图像处理技术应用到几何尺寸检测和电路板组件检测当中。最后对影响计算机视觉检测结果的因素进行了分析和论述。 全文包括市场需求分析,计算机视觉技术探讨,虚拟仪器技术简介,LabVIEW环境下数据库设计,电子接插组件组件视觉检测系统设计,电路板组件检测系统设计,论文总结及前景展望等内容。

【Abstract】 Computer vision inspection is an important method of modern industry inspection. With advancement of production technology, some products are more and more smaller, they can not be inspected by traditional detection techniques. Development of computer techniques and image processing techniques accelerate the spread and application of computer vision inspection technique. The technique has characteristics of high speed, precise, reliable and untouched.Computer vision inspection techniques involving CCD camera, lens, lighting and vision software design techniques are discussed in this paper. The techniques are combined with the virtual instrument techniques in our study. Two computer vision industry inspection systems are developed, one is used to measuring geometry size, the other is used to inspecting PCBA. Image processing techniques such as edge detection and match pattern are applied in the two systems.This paper includes demand analysis, relative technology choice, database design, hardware choice, and software design of computer vision inspection system, sum-up, and foreground prospect.
