校园信息系统中数据挖掘的研究与应用

【摘要】 本文主要研究数据挖掘技术在校园信息系统中的应用。目前,数据挖掘的研究已经成为了一项热点,但是其绝大多数应用主要是面向商业尤其是电子商务,对非盈利机构中涉足并不多。这就导致大量的机构对信息系统的使用只停留在日常事务的处理,长期积累的历史数据得不到有效开发利用。这对数据这种资源来说是一种极大浪费。本文旨在结合已开发的图书馆电子阅览室系统,在其基础上建立起数据挖掘应用系统,同时将CRM的理念移植到校园信息平台中,使之能明晰服务内容及对象,为使用者提供更加优质的服务。 本文首先讨论了该课题的背景、需求及其研究意义,然后比较了国内外现有的技术和应用,探讨在校园信息系统中采用CRM理念和数据挖掘技术的可行性。然后提出了一个数据挖掘模型的体系结构,并且针对电子阅览室信息系统探讨了每个步骤的实现方法和关键技术。 本课题在实际的研究中,对本文提出的数据挖掘模型的体系结构进行验证,同时也暴露了一些尚待完善的深入研究的问题。在文章的最后,将对这两方面进行描述和总结,并提出该课题的后续工作。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the application of data mining in campus information system. The research on data mining has aroused lots of attention these years. Most application is oriented to the commerce, especially to the e-business, and few has be used in non-commercial organization. It is a waste to these organizations because the accumulated data is not made use of sufficiently. The purpose of the study is to build data mining application system based on the reading room management information system and to put the idea of CRM into the campus information system. Through these efforts., utilization of campus information system could be improved and its functions could be much clearer to understand its service objects and contents.This paper will discuss the background, requirement and significance of the study firstly. After that we will compare the present relative technologies and discuss the feasibility of using data mining and CRM in campus information system. And then we will design a data-mining model and discuss the important method and technology in each process based on the reading room information system.Through the application study, we validate the significance of the combination of the data mining and campus information system. Also some problems exist during the application. At last these tow parts will be described and the next work will be proposed.
