社区组团中外部公共空间环境分析研究

【摘要】 住宅作为人类生存的必要物质条件，是家庭的物质载体，也是人类生活最基本的物质消费资料，它可以满足人们生存、发展乃至享受多层次的需求。近十年来，我国的居住建筑与居住的外部公共空间环境建设有了较大的发展，社区组团中外部公共空间环境已成为目前房产开发的热点之一，但我们也发现了一些不足，在设计和建设上出现了许多误区。例如：设计者往往仅关注平面形式的构图，而忽视使用者的需要，即忽视居民的生活行为特征与居住环境中社会文化心理等因素对居民生活的重要影响；小区建设中常有住宅坚固气派而外部公共空间环境极差的强烈反差；容积率过低、浪费土地资源的现象也时有发生；不加分辨的拿来主义导致社区组团建设缺乏特色、个性和美感等。因此对社区组团中外部公共空间环境的分析研究很有必要。 本文共分五章来分析和研究社区组团中外部公共空间环境。具体内容安排如下：第一章从发展的角度重新认识社区组团外部公共空间环境；第二章分析其设计的影响因素与基本原则；第三章论述了特征空间设计方法；第四章从场所意向的角度进行了探讨；最后是结语与展望。 综上所述，本文在总结社区组团中外部公共空间环境设计特质的基础上，通过分析其环境的影响因素，论述了整体设计原则及特征空间的设计方法，引入了场所的意向；并进而探讨在社区组团外部公共空间环境的规划设计中如何兼顾自然因素与人文因素的双重作用，运用恰当的建筑语言创造出可以良性发展的居住环境，以实现人与环境的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Housing is the essential condition that mankind survives on, it’ s the carrier of family and also the most basic living cost for human, it meets people’ s multi-level demands of surviving, developing and even recreation. The past ten years saw the great development of housing and the construction of public open space environment, the developing of public open space environment in housing communities has become one of the focuses of real estate at present, but we can also find the many mistaken ideas in the design and construction of it. For example: The designer often only pays close attention to the composition in the plan form, and ignore the user’ s need, in other words, ignore the character of the residents’ behavior and the important social, cultural and psychological influence of the living environment on resident’ s life; There are often strong contrast of firm and magnificent houses with extremely bad public open space environment; either low volume rate or wasted land resource can always be found; The doctrinaire cloning leads to the lack of character, distinction and beauty in housing design and construction. So the analysis and research of public open space in housing community is very necessary.This thesis is divided into five chapters analyzing and studying the public open space in housing community. The contents of the five chapters are: Chapter one, the recognition of public open space in housing community in terms of development; Chapter two, the influencing factors and basic principles of the design of it; Chapter three, the design method of characteristic space; Chapter four, the discussion in terms of place concept; The last one, the conclusion and prospect.In summary, on the base of analyzing the environmental factors and characteristic design method of public open space in housing community, this thesis proposes the over all design principles and the design method of characteristic spaces; introduces the concept of site; and further more, how to give both consideration to the natural factor and humane factor inthe public open space planning in housing community, how to create a living environment of benign development using appropriate architectural codes, to achieve the coordinated development of people and the environment.更多还原
