【摘要】 本文在电子海图显示与信息系统的基础上，研究基于Internet网络和数据库技术的网上电子海图数据传输和电子海图显示及控制的技术方法，提出了(表示层/中间层/数据层)三层体系结构，并应用于现代物流管理中，该技术和方法被用在中海北方物流中心网站项目之中，并获得非常好的效果。 论文共分五章介绍了本人所进行的研究。 在第一章中主要介绍制约电子海图显示与信息系统技术发展的几个因素，提出扩大电子海图应用范围所存在的主要问题及解决的技术和方法，并且使电子海图应用于现代物流中；第二章简要介绍了WEB下电子海图系统的设计与实现，对各种方法进行了比较；第三章介绍WEB下电子海图显示及控制采用的关键技术以及海图数据模型的建立；第四章主要说明了现代物流网站的设计与架构；最后一章指明了系统将来的发展方向和所需要做的工作。 综合上述内容，将电子海图通过网站发布到网上，各地的用户可随时上网查询及下载数据。利用Internet传输信息量大覆盖面广的特点，省时省力，使电子海图应用有了更加广阔的发展空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 With reference to existent ECDIS, we designed new electronic chart applying the technology of net and database. The methods keep the merits of the existent corrective methods and abandon their shortcomings, bring forword the 3-layer system struction(expresstion/application/data), and be used in the CSDL center netstation project, win the high opinion.This dissertation is about the research I have engaged in.The paper mainly introduces existent questions blocked ECDIS’ developmentin the first chapter, analyzes merits and shortcoming synthetically and putsforward author’ s methods at last;introduces briefly design and structureon Web-based E-CHART in second chapter; introduces some pivotal technologysin the webchart system and build the chart data model in the thirdchapter;explains all website’ s design and structure in the fourthchapter;points out the development aspect in the future and some neededworks in this system in the last chapter.In conclusion ,webchart’ s database is published to the internet site. Users can get information at any moment through Internet and download the local database. The methods make full use of the advantages of internet.更多还原
