基于系统动力学的中国石油进出口海运量研究

【摘要】 运量预测是进行码头、船队以及相关交通运输基础设施规划和建设的前提和基础。随着中国石油进出口海运量近几年的高速增长,对中国石油进出口海运量进行预测越发显得必要。 在对国内外石油供需现状以及中国石油进出口海运现状进行调研分析的基础上,本文选用系统动力学作为中国石油外贸进出口海运量问题的研究方法并建立基于Vensim语言的系统动力学仿真模型。然后应用经济计量学等多种方法对模型参数进行估计,并运用Vensim仿真语言对2010年中国石油进出口海运量系统进行仿真模拟。最后运用系统动力学的政策分析工具模拟了加入WTO对中国石油进出口海运量的影响。 本文成功地将系统动力学的方法和其他定量预测方法相结合,对2010年中国石油进出口海运量进行了预测,取得了较为理想的效果。但是这还只是系统动力学方法在运量预测领域的一个探索,该方法在其他货种的运量预测和交通运输规划领域还大有可为,故本文在最后提出了一些后续的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Freight volume forecast acts as the precondition and base of planning and construction of dock, fleet and transportation infrastructure. With the increment of petroleum imports and exports, it is necessary to forecast seaborne volume of China petroleum.Base on the status quo analysis of the world petroleum supply and demand and the seaborne volume of China petroleum imports and exports, the paper selects system dynamic as the study method on it and establish Vensim system dynamic emulate model. Then the paper estimates the parameter of the model with different techniques such as econometrics and emulates the seaborne volume system of China petroleum exports and imports in 2010 with Vensim. Finally, the author simulates the influence of WTO entrance on petroleum seaborne volume with policy analysis implement of system dynamic.The paper successfully forecasts the petroleum seaborne volume of China in 2010 with system dynamic and other forecast methods. It is the attempt in the field of freight volume forecast with system dynamic. This technique could be applied further in the field of freight volume forecast and transportation planning, then the paper put forward some problem for further study.
