【摘要】 公路是一项投资大，社会效益也大的公共工程设施。就工程本身而言，其社会效益远远大于工程本身的经济效益。公路建成后使用效益，将与项目决策正确与否有直接关系。为了确保公路建设项目实施科学决策，减少投资风险，防止投资建设失误、提高投资效益，我们必须不断提高公路工程咨询的水平和质量。 随着公路工程咨询的产生和发展，公路工程咨询在公路项目建设中，为保证有效地利用建设资金、自然和人力资源取得最优经济和社会效益起着十分重要的作用。公路工程咨询从科学技术应用于工程实践的观点出发，为国家公路建设决策提供了科学依据。 本文立足于公路工程咨询业的现状，寻求现存问题的解决办法。 论文共分五个部分：第一部分，对公路工程咨询的概念、特点及内容进行概要性地叙述；第二部分，对我国目前公路工程咨询现状进行介绍；第三部分，分析我国公路工程咨询存在的问题；第四部分，研究解决现存问题的对策；第五部分，预测我国公路工程咨询业的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Highway is a public project which needs great investment and brings great social benefit. As regards the project, its social benefit is far greater than the economic benefits of the project itself. In order to guarantee the science decision of project implementation of road construction, reduce the investment risk, prevent the investment fault of building, raise benefit of investing in, we must improve highway engineering consult quality constantly.Highway engineering consult arises at the historic moment in this case. In the project construction of the highway the highway engineering plays a very important role in guaranteeing to utilize construction fund, nature and manpower resources effectively to make the optimum economic and social benefit. Setting out from the view of science and technology the highway engineering consult offers scientific basis and stands to national road construction.This text bases on highway engineering current situation of consultation and seeks extant solution of problem.The thesis divides into five parts altogether: The first part tells the concept, characteristic and content of the highway engineering consult. The second part introduces the current situation of the highway engineering consult. The third part analyses the problems the highway engineering of our country consult is facing up. The fourth part researches and solves the countermeasures of the problems. The last part predicts the development trend of the highway engineering consultation of our country.更多还原
