遥控式运动坦克靶车的研制

【摘要】 本论文课题源于中国人民解放军在坦克、装甲车作战训练中提出的要求。由石家庄陆军指挥学院元氏分院提出、中国人民解放军总装备部下达,并委托河北科技大学研制。课题紧密结合国防事业,目标是制造出坦克靶场用的实用化遥控靶车。根据军方提出的要求,本课题研制的遥控坦克靶车应具有遥控、精度高、维护性好、无轨道、自带动力等特点,以达到训练时进行火炮或导弹静对静、静对动、动对静、动对动设击等课目的要求。 靶车调速系统要求低惯性、高精度、高可靠性、鲁棒性好;无线通讯系统要求高可靠性、抗干扰能力强;微机控制系统要求尽量采用先进技术、元器件货源可靠、高可靠性、结构尽量简单,具有串行通讯、数字显示、系统故障自检及显示等功能。 本文的工作分为三大部分:电力拖动方案的提出及确定、对通讯系统的技术要求及设备选型、微机控制系统方案的确定。 电力拖动方案的提出及确定:根据陆军指挥学院元氏分院提出的要求,设想的拖动方案有:发电机-直流调速装置-直流电机-靶车;发电机-交流调速装置-交流电机-靶车。经过对直流方案和交流方案的比较,选择了直流方案,并进行了详细的参数计算和设备选型。 对通讯系统的技术要求及设备选型:通讯系统要求能够抗干扰并且遥控距离在3千米以外,我们本着这个要求进行了设备选型。 微机控制系统方案的确定:首先选择外围元件,设计硬件结构,并且依据操作规范编写软件,然后反复试验,采取了很多硬件和软件的抗干扰措施。 研制过程中,首先根据技术要求对系统进行参数计算和设备选型,再选择控制方案和外围元件,进行硬件结构设计,然后根据操作规范,设计软件程序,最后进行整车调试。在具体的处理过程中,结合实际需求对抗干扰方面作了大量的工作。 靶车系统综合了机械、微处理器、无线通信、自动控制、电力电子等多方面的先进技术,填补了国内空白。特别是在控制系统的硬件结构设计中,采用了全串行结构的单片机控制系统,使接口电路简单、传输距离远、抗干扰能力强。作者参加了研制全过程,并在导师的指导下完成了主要的控制软件的设计。 经过一年余的艰苦研制,本课题已基本完成。样车经过在某坦克靶场的多次试验,证明达到了军方提出的设计要求。本课题目前正在准备鉴定,并已受到中国人民解放军某训练管理部门的密切关注,有望作为制式训练装备在全军推广。

【Abstract】 This thesis subject comes from the request that the Chinese People’s Liberation Army puts forward in the tank and armored vehicle operational training. It is proposed by Yuanshi branch of Shijiazhuang Army Command College, assigned by the General Armament Department of Chinese People’s Liberation Army, And entrust Hebei University of Science and Technology to research. This subject should meet the need of national defence, it’s goal is to make remote control target car that is used in training of tank and armored vehicle. According to request that military put forward, the target car that subject research should have such characteristics as remote control, high precision, good safeguarding , needing no track, etc, So as to achieve purpose of course require correctly when training to carry on cannon Static to Static, Static to move, move to Static, move to move etc.Target car transfer speed require low inertia, high accuracy, high dependability, stupid and getting excellent and kind systematically; Wireless communication system expect much dependability, better anti-interference ability; Computer control system demand and try one’s best to adopt advanced technology, components and parts source of goods reliable, high dependability, structure to be simple, Have serial communication, digital display, systematic trouble examine and function of showing etc.The job of this thesis is divided into three major parts: The proposition and confirming of the electric power pulls, specification requirement and selecting type of equipment of communication system, sureness of the computer control system scheme.The proposition of the scheme for the electric power: According to the request, we imagine pull scheme have: Generator - transfer and is fitted rapidly by direct current - direct current machine - target car; Generator - exchange and is adjusted and fitted rapidly - exchange the electrical machinery - the target car. Through compare the exchange current scheme with the direct current scheme, We have chosen the direct current scheme, Go on detailed parameter calculate and the selecting type of the equipment.Specification requirement and selecting type of equipment to the communication system: Communication system require that it can anti-interference and remote control distance beyond 3 kilometers, We have carried on the selecting type of the equipment in line with this request.Computer control system sureness of scheme: Choose the peripheral component at first, design the structure of the hardware, and write the software according to the standard of operating, Then test repeatedly , take the anti-interference measures of hardware and software.In the course of developing, according to specification requirement to calculate systemparameter and select type of the equipment at first, And then choose control scheme and peripheral component, design the hardware structure, then according to the standard of operating, Design the software procedure , carry on the whole car to debug finally. In the course of concrete treatment, accord with actual demand we make a large amount of work in anti-interference respect.It involves advanced technology in many aspects, such as car system comprehensive machinery of the target, microprocessor, wireless communication, automatical control, electric power electronic., Have filled the domestic gaps. Especially in the hardware structure design of the control system, have adopted the one-chip microprocessor control system of the whole serial structure, which make the interface circuit simple, transmit the distance far and improve the anti-interference ability.Author participate in researching the whole course, finish main control design of software under the guidance of tutor.Through the arduous reseach of more than one year, this subject has already been finished basically.
