一种先进直流驱动器的开发与研究

【摘要】 当今,自动化控制系统已经在各行各业得到了广泛的应用和发展,而直流调速控制作为电气传动的主流在现代化生产中起着主要作用。长期以来,直流电动机因其调节转速比较灵活,方法简单,易于大范围平滑调速,控制性能好等特点,一直在传动领域占有统治地位。 随着科学技术的进步,人们越来越多的用计算机来实现控制系统。21世纪数字化调节器已广泛应用在各种产业机械的调速控制中,其性能随着电力电子元件价格滑落,及微处理器的技术进步,在电动机调速系统中的应用也日益显现出自身的优势。目前,国际上出现了各种型号的全数字直流调速装置,以MENTORII为代表的全数字驱动器给直流调速系统的发展带来了质的飞跃。 本文从双闭环直流调速原理入手,研究了英国CT公司的直流驱动器MNETORII,对它的部分软、硬件进行了解析。文中详细分析了测绘出的硬件电路图,通过对外围硬件电路的分析,达到与外围设备功能的沟通,理解世界上“数字控制器“设计的先进方法及设计思想。研究微处理器芯片SAB 80C517A的硬件结构及软件组成,比较SAB 80C517A与MCS-51的相同处和不同点。结合硬件图,分析软件程序,找到PID速度环算法程序,作出它的流程图,对其进行分析研究。在所做工作的基础上,结合控制理论的相关知识以及直流调速系统的新型算法,在PID速度环算法上提出了单神经元自适应PID的控制算法。 利用MATLAB6.1中SIMULINK工具箱对整个系统进行了动态仿真,仿真结果表明,基于单神经元自适应PID控制器具有自组织、自学习能力,可以很好地适应受控对象参数人范围变化,控制品质的变化不大,因此它具有很强的鲁棒性和自适应性。并且进行了实验研究,结果表明单神经元自适应PID的控制效果良好。

【Abstract】 Today,autoeontro! systems have been widely used and developed in every walk of life,while DC speed regulation as the artery in the area of electric drive systems acts the main effect in modernization production.For a long time,DC motor has possesses the main role in the area of electric drive field because of its neatly adjust,easy method and smooth timing in wide rage,also,its control performance is very good.With the advancement of technology,people use computers to realize control system more often.In 21st century,digital adjuster has been widely used in various of industrial machine’s speed regulations. With the price’s decreace of electric and electrical component,and the greatly technic advancement ,its performance has been increasingly manifesting superiority when used in electromotor’s speed regulation.Today,there are many models of all digital DC speed regulation devices in the world.The all digital driver represented by MNETORII bings leap of quality of DC speed regulation system.The thesis starts with the DC speed regulation principle of double closed loops,studies DC driver MNETORII of British CT company,analyzes its software and hardware partly.The thesis analyzes the hardware circuit diagrm in detail,acquires understand of peripheral equipment’s function through the analysis of the its circuit and advanced ideas of design of digital controller in the world.The thesis partly studies hardware structure and software buildup of the microprocessor SAB 80C517A,compares the likeness and difference between it and MCS-51.Combined with hardware diagram and analysi of the software, the PID algorithmicc program is found and its flow chart is made ,then study is made.Based on all work,combined with pertinent information of control theory and the new arithmetic of the DC speed regulation.the paper advances adaptive control based on single neuron in the PID arithmetic of the speed loop.The whole system is simulated using the dynamic simulated tool SIMULINK of MATLAB6.1 software.The simulated result indicates,the adaptive PID controller based on single neuron has the ability of self-organization and self-study, greatly adapts the wide range of change ol the controled object’s parameters,and the control traits change little.Therefore it has hign robustness and adaptive ability.
