碱式氯化镁晶须合成及应用的研究

【摘要】 在课题组已成功合成碱式氯化镁晶须的基础上,为提高碱式氯化镁晶须的产率,进行了在结晶母液中补加氨水或同时加入氨水和氯化镁的循环试验,并进行了在合成碱式氯化镁结晶过程中加入添加剂、晶种和表面活性剂试验,研究对碱式氯化镁晶须合成及性能的影响。同时对碱式氯化镁晶须在造纸、塑料及热熔型胶粘剂等方面的应用进行了一定的研究。研究结果表明:母液循环可以提高碱式氯化镁晶须的产率;添加晶种可明显的改善晶形;合适的添加剂可以降低晶体生长速度并可提高晶须的粒径分布;而同时加入不同用量的晶种和Pb2+,试验结果表明晶种含量在0.075%,Pb2+在20~50ppm时,晶须的产率高,晶形好;表面活性剂对产品的分散性能有所改进。晶须作为造纸填料,可使纸张的白度和不透明度提高,留着率比造纸常用填料轻质碳酸钙高;用作塑料填料,可使塑料的冲击强度提高,阻燃性能比常用阻燃材料氢氧化镁有较大的提高;添加到热熔型胶粘剂中,与轻质碳酸钙混合使用可明显提高热熔胶的剥离强度、软化点、硬度、耐侯性以及固化速度。 本研究为提高碱式氯化镁晶须合成产率以及晶须的应用开发提供了一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The topic is on the basis of the synthesis of the basic magnesium chloride whisker. The research perform the recycling experiment on the synthesis and property of the basic magnesium chloride whisker by adding ammonia or magnesium chloride and ammonia simultaneously into the mother liquid of crystal and during the synthesization of the basic magnesium chloride whisker, we add the seed crystal, additive, or surfactant in order to increase the yield of crystal. At the same time, The applications of the papermaking, plastics and thermo tropic adhesives on the basic magnesium chloride whisker are studied. The experimental results show that the cycle of the mother liquid increases the yield of the product, the seed crystal can improve long-diameter ratio remarkably, the proper additive reduces the speed of crystal growth and make size distribution homogenize. Through appending different seed crystal and bivalent lead at one time, we may receive when the content of the seed crystal is 0.075% and Pb2+ is 20-50ppm, the yield of the basic magnesium chloride whisker is high and crystal shape is good. The surface active agent can improve dispersion performance of the basic magnesium chloride whisker. The crystal is applied to the papermaking that can raise whiteness and non-transparency, remains-proportion of the crystal is higher than the usual light calcium carbonate. As for plastics, it can improve impact strength in the plastics, its inhibiting-burning capability is advancing bigger than the common inhibiting-burning material of magnesium hydroxide. Concerning the thermo tropic adhesives, the physical property of compound-packing is higher than the one of single-packing, namely remover strength ,softening point, hardness, climate tolerance and the speed of consolidation are high.The experiment settles the foundation for its further application and offers the basis for the yield’s improvement of the basic magnesium chloride whisker.
