【摘要】 血栓性浅静脉炎(Superficial Thrombophlebitis)是临床上常见的周围血管疾病，由于本病临床症状相对较轻，不易引起人们的重视，但若失治误治，可因血栓蔓延侵及深静脉而导致深静脉血栓形成，甚至有肺动脉栓塞致死的危险。此外，临床上有相当一部分血栓性浅静脉炎是某种疾病的一个早期或活动期表现，若不及时明确诊断原发病并加以有效治疗，将会延误时机而导致严重的后果。本研究通过收集临床病例，总结出不同类型血栓性浅静脉炎的病因病机，并通过分析本病的实验室化验结果与中医辩证分型之间的关系，揭示了不同的中医辨证分型的发病规律，旨在为临床诊断和治疗方面提供客观依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Superficial Thrombophlebitis (ST) is a very common vascular disease in the limbs. For the clinical symptoms of this disease are relative slight, people are likely to ignore it. If it is untimely or wrongly treated, it will result in deep vein thrombosis, even death because of the infarction of the pulmonary artery. Besides, ST of some patients are showings of other diseases during early or active periods. If the primary diseases are untimely diagnosed and effectively treated, they may become worse. By investigating the clinical characters of ST, the article concluded the etiology and pathogenesis of the different kinds of ST, and declared the clinical characters of the different types in TCM. The article also gave some objective proofs in the disease s clinical diagnosis and treatment by analyzing the relationship between the laboratory tests and the syndrome differentiations in TCM.更多还原
