【摘要】 目的：温热毒邪是温热性温病发病的重要因素，阳热火毒内郁，气机升降失常为其基本病机。增损双解散具有清热解毒，调畅气机的作用，正是治疗“温病表里大热”的重要方剂。本课题从动物实验方面对增损双解散防治温热病气分发热的作用机理及其优势进行了初步探讨，以期对临床有所裨益。方法：在中医传统理论的指导下，结合现代医学理论知识和手段，用肺炎双球菌制造家兔温病气分证发热模型，将增损双解散组作为实验组，并设立双解散组作为对照组，观察实验前后动物的体温、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)，血清丙二醛(MDA)及白细胞计数检查的变化，以及组织器官的病变程度。结果：增损双解散具有良好的降温作用，能提高动物的SOD水平，降低MDA水平，明显减轻动物组织器官的病变程度。数据表明增损双解散在多数观察指标上疗效优于双解散。结论：增损双解散是防治温热病气分发热的重要方剂，提示在治疗温热病阳热火毒内郁、气机升降失常，表里阻隔时，总以调畅气机为其要义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object i ve: Warm-heat evil is the important pathogenic factor of seasonal fabrile disease,and heat-evil stasis,ascent-descent disorder of visceral qi is basic pathogenesis.The function of Zeng Sun Shuang Jie(ZSSJ) powder is clearing away heat and toxic materials,activating functional activites of Qi.This article study the effect of ZSSJ powder in treating Qifen stage of seasonal fabrile disease by way of the animal experiment. Methods: 24 domestic rabbits were divided into four groups randomly.The pneumonia bacterial was injected into all rabbits,excepting rabbits in normal group.ZSSJ powder was given to treatment class including 6 rabbits.At the same time Shuang Jie(SJ) powder was given to control class including 6 rabbits.Observe the change of temperature,SOD,MDA,the number of white cell,the pathogenic degree of lungtissue in rabbits.Results: The results reveal that ZSSJ powder can increase the levels of SOD,decrease the levels of MDA,and protect animal’s physical organ.Stasis shows that ZSSJ powder is superior to SJ powder. Conclusion: ZSSJ powder is a effective prescription in treating Qifen stage of seasonal febrile disease.We should attach great significance to treating seasonal febrile disease by activating functional activities of Qi.更多还原
