【摘要】 为了进一步探讨中医药防治儿童哮喘复发及其作用机理，我们立健脾益气，活血祛痰，兼补益肾气之治法，拟健脾益气活血汤，治疗儿童哮喘30例，并设酮替芬治疗30例作对照。结果显示，该方能有效地改善缓解期哮喘患儿临床症状和体征，减少哮喘发作次数，取得了较好的疗效；观察组总有效率为93.33％，对照组总有效率为66.67％，观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01)；血红蛋白(Hb)、血清IgA、IgG、E—花环的含量用药后明显提高，IgE的含量明显下降，疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01)；同时肺阻抗血流图之波幅、右心肌指数明显增高(P＜0.01)，而肺动脉压及外周阻力则明显下降(P＜0.01)；肺功能明显改善。研究结果表明，本方可能通过增强患儿机体免疫功能，改善其肺微循环障碍，以控制气道慢性炎症和降低气道高反应性，达到防治本病复发的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Further exploration on preventing and treating recurrence of infantile asthma with TCM method and its mechanism. Methods:Using JIANPIYIQIHUOXUE Decoction (JPYQHXD) which was prepared according to the therapeutic principle of strengthening the body resistance to consolidate the constitution and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels in treating 30 patients suffering from asthma. Their pulmonary functions were observed. Results: The clinical investigation shows that JPYQHXD can not only alleviate symptoms and physical sign of the patients effectively, but also shorten the course of disease and obviously improve the pulmonary function of the patients. A total effective rate of 93.33% was shown in JPYQHXD group, which was higher than that of the control group (66.67%),P<0.01. In comparison with the control group, the level of serum IgA, IgG, E-resotte and Hb ascend obviously(P<0.01), but the level of serum IgE descend significantly (P<0.01). The wave amplitude of pulmonary impedance rheogram and right heart index (HI) also increased significantly (P<0.01), which pulmonary arterial pressure (PPA) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) dropped markedly (P<0.01).Conclusion: JPYQHXD might work by means of enhancing the immune function and improving the pulmonary microcirculation to control chronic bronchial inflammation and reduce its reactivity to prevent the relapse of asthma.更多还原
