【摘要】 目的：探讨经直肠双荷包闭合术、中药辨证论治及行为调整综合疗法对直肠前突型便秘的治疗效果。方法：所选30例经排粪造影证实为中、重度直肠前突型便秘患者，接受上述综合治疗。观察治疗前后主要症状、体征和辅助检查结果的变化情况并评定治疗效果。结果：总有效率为96.7％，高于文献报道，并发症较少，治疗后主要症状体征及辅助检查结果均较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.01)。结论：该疗法以双荷包闭合术修补了薄弱区以打断恶性循环，中药内服改善了患者整体状况，并从行为医学方面阻止了便秘发生的部分病因或诱因。该综合疗法充分体现了整体观念和标本兼治的思想，具有很好的临床疗效，可作为治疗直肠前突型便秘的理想选择方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy on constipation of rectocele type with double-pursed closing operation, taking Chinese herbs according to syndrome differentiation and behavior adjustment. Methods: All the 30 selected cases were diagnosed middle or severe rectocele through defecography, and treated with the above combined therapy. The symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed respectively. Results: The total therapeutic effect is 96. 7% and the complications rarely occur. It shows that this kind of treatment has a better effect than the documents reported. After treatment the symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination improved obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: Double-pursed closing operation can repair the weak area and stop the vicious circulation. Taking Chinese herbs can improve patients’ integral condition. Behavior adjustment can prevent a part of causes for constipation. The treatment is according to the concept of wholism and ’the theory of treating both the principal and subordinate aspects in TCM. With good clinical effect, this combined therapy is fit for constipation of rectocele type.更多还原
