【摘要】 文化是人和社会创造的精神成果、观念系统，同时又是改变自然、社会和人的能动力量。近代以来，随着科学的发展、社会的进步以及人对自身的不断超越，文化问题日益引起人们的广泛关注，出现了一股文化研究的热潮。由于东亚地区现代化的成功以及西方文化价值观所带来的社会发展的弊端，人们将关注的目光投向了以“儒学”为主体的中国传统文化，中国传统文化在新时期得到提倡与弘扬。茶文化是中国传统文化的一个分支，其形成与发展经过了漫长的历史过程，有过辉煌灿烂的时刻，也曾日趋式微。而在当今社会，在提倡与弘扬传统文化的氛围下，茶文化又一次得到了兴盛与弘扬。 本文试图分析茶文化这种文化形式为什么会在当今社会兴盛与发展，它对当今社会的作用以及发挥作用的途径，并对在经济全球化和文化多元化发展的情况下茶文化的发展进行了展望。论文主要可分为以下几个部分： 第一部分为第一、二、三章，首先简要介绍了文化的一般形态和功能，并对我国传统文化的基本精神特征及其现代价值进行了阐述。认为传统文化的现代价值主要体现在：1、可以应对西方的“文化入侵”，建立文化自信。2、是民族文化现代化的起点。3、对现代社会的精神文明建设起着重要作用。接着，论述了中华茶文化的内涵和形式，包括对茶文化的定义、体系、性质、特点、精神内涵的阐释。指出茶文化的精神内涵主要为入世精神、乐道精神、和合精神。 第二部分为第四章，主要从茶文化的发展历程进行分析，对茶文化发展的不同阶段的发展动因、表现形式、对社会的作用进行分析，从历史的角度分析了茶文化对社会生活产生的作用与影响。 第三部分为五、六章，是本文的重点部分。首先列举了茶文化在当代社会蓬勃发展的具体体现，并从茶道、茶德精神的新发展、饮茶技艺---茶艺的创新与发展、茶馆文化的新发展三方面论述了茶文化在当今社会的发展。接着分析了社会文化热潮的兴起以及人们对传统文化的重视；现代生活对茶文化的客观需要；文化促销茶叶的需要是茶文化兴盛的原因。然后，着重从茶文化对茶业经济和对人们社会生活的作用两方面论述了茶文化的兴盛对当今社会的影响。茶文化对茶业经济的影响主要为：名优茶产业的发展；茶馆业的复苏及茶叶消费量的上升；茶文化旅游的发展；茶业会展经济的蓬勃发展；茶饮料行业的快速成长；茶医药保健业的兴起等。茶文化对社会的作用与影响为：弘扬传统文化，提高人文素养；调整人们的社会关系、促进社会交往；诗化人们生活，为人们提供高层次的精神享受；提倡清廉俭德、倡导社会风气的好转；以茶为媒，扩大对外交流五个方面。 第四部分为第七章，对茶文化的发展进行了思考，认为茶文化是一种很有生命力的文化。茶文化包含“人文精神”与“可持续发展”的精神实质相同，茶文化是东方哲学和智慧的体现可成为文化竞争力的组成部分。最后提出有关茶文化发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture is the spiritual outcome ,idea system of the human and the society , at the same time is the power of changing the nature, society and human .From the recent period ,with the developing of science, society and human, culture problem becomes the concerned focus by people ,there is a animated tide of researching culture. Because of the modernization success of the East-Asia and the shortcoming of Western value conception, the people convert concerning Chinese traditional culture. Chinese traditional culture has been promoted in this period. Tea culture is a brunch of Chinese traditional culture, has developed through a long history with booming or decadence. In modern society , tea culture is booming and to be promoted once a time.This paper try to analyzing the reasons about the booming and the development of tea culture in modern time, its functions to society and the ways of bringing into effect ,also discuss the developing outlook of tea culture in the future. The paper can be divided into several parts as follows:The part one is the first ,second and third chapter , in this part, first we introduce the functions of culture, the spirit features and modern value of Chinese traditional culture. The modern value of Chinese traditional culture are mainly revealed in the following ways: .Establishing culture self-confidence in order to cope with west culture’s incursion . .It is the starting point of national culture modernization . The important impact on the spiritual culture construction .Secondly, explicated the contents and showing formula of tea culture, including the definition, faculty, characteristic, features, the spiritual content are : progress spirit, finding ways spirit, harmonious spirit.The part two is the fourth chapter, in this part, we analyses the developing track about tea culture, the incentive of development, showing formula, the functions to society in different period of the history.The part three is the important part including the fifth and sixth chapter. First, the reveals of tea culture in modern society are listed , discuss its development in modern society from tea ways culture , tea morality, the feat of drinking tea, the culture of tea house. Secondly point out that the traditional culture animated tide , modern society life’s requirement, selling tea by tea culture are the reasons of tea culture booming in modern society. And then, probing the effects of tea culture on modern society from two aspects :tea economy and society life .The impacts in tea economy are showing that the develop of Mingyoucha, the revival of tea house industry and the upswing of consuming amount of tea, the flourish of meeting-exhibit economy about tea ,the grow of tea drinking industry, the development of tea medicine industry. The impacts in society life are showing that promote and develop the traditional culture, enhance humane quality ,adjusting relationship interpersonal, promoting people’s intercourse, making people having a poetic life, providing aheight layer spiritual life for people, calling for tea morality, promoting the transition of society .having a better intercourse with other country through tea.In the part four, we considerate the development of tea culture in the future .Pointing out that tea culture is a vigorous culture, it includes the "humanism spirit" having the same spirit essence with "sustainable development", it is the embody of East philosophy and wisdom can be a part of culture competitive strength.
