GIS案例存储管理的模式研究

【摘要】 案例是某类案件的例子、某种决策成功与否的例子,是对以往经验知识的归纳整理,为达到某种目标所需要借鉴知识的记录,其具有内容的真实性、决策的可鉴性及处理问题的启发性等特点,广泛应用于法律、科学决策、问题诊断等方面。地理信息系统是科学管理地理空间数据、分析处理地理空间问题的技术系统,具有综合性、集成化、可视化等特点,广泛应用于国民经济建设和人们生产生活的诸多领域。案例和GIS各具特色,为了发挥它们的综合优势,使案例更加直观、形象,更有效的为解决将来发生的地学问题服务,有必要将地理信息系统与案例结合起来进行GIS案例研究。GIS案例是决策者或研究人员使用地理信息系统辅助解决某类特定问题时所生成的特殊的案例。它包括问题定义,问题解决方案,问题解决过程、问题解决结果以及问题评价等五个组成部分。GIS案例具有多样性、特殊性、历史性、动态性、可反演性、复杂性和可视性等特点。 论文系统地分析了案例、地理案例的特点以及内容,给出了GIS案例的概念,同时对GIS案例的特点、组成框架和功能框架进行了总结和阐述。GIS功能框架包括GIS案例的生成、GIS预案的生成、GIS案例的存储与管理、GIS案例的查询与检索、GIS案例的分析、GIS案例的显示与输出、GIS案例的反演。论文分析了GIS案例存储管理的两种模式——栅格模式与矢量模式,并对这两种模式进行了深入地探讨,归纳出了GIS案例存储管理的内容、关键技术以及这两种模式的管理流程,并对这两种管理模式的优缺点进行了对比。最后,论文结合国家863课题——网络化环境污染事故区域预警系统内有关预案、案例部分的内容,给出了B/S体系架构下,GIS案例存储管理的实现途径,以ActiveX方式为例,证明了GIS案例存储管理两种模式的可行性,为未来GIS案例的自动生成、反演奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Case is an instance of something in law, an example of some decisions that proved to be successful or failure. It concludes from the experiences and knowledge that have happened and is the record of useful knowledge which can help to gain our ends. With a lot of characteristics, for example, authentic contents, referenced decisions, elicitations while solving problems, it has been widely implemented in the fields of Law, scientific decision, problem diagnosis. GIS is a special technological system. With its help we can scientifically manage geographical spatial data, analyze and solve spatial problems. Because it is integrative and visual, GIS has been widely applied to the fields of national economy building and people’s common life. Both case and GIS have their own characters. We should integrate GIS and case in order to make the case more intuitionist and visual so that we can solve the geographical problems better in the future. GIS case is the special case while researcher solving some special kinds of problems using GIS. It includes definition of case, solution of case, operational process of case, result of case and primary evaluation of case. GIS case has the character of diversity, particularity, historicity, dynamic, recurrence, complexity and visibility.The paper analyzes the character and content of case, geo-case, presents the definition of GIS case, summarizes the character, compose framework and functional framework. GIS case has the function of creating GIS case, creating GIS fore-case, management and storage of GIS case, search of GIS case, analysis of GIS case, display and output of GIS case, recreation of GIS case. It also analyses two patterns of GIS case storage, by grid and vector, finally gives management content of GIS case, key technology, workflow of two patterns and the contract between grid pattern and vector pattern. Founded by content about fore-case and case in National 863 Project (Environmental Pollutant Accident and Prediction System), the author gives implement of GIS case’s storage with B/S system framework. It also proves the feasibility of two storage patterns by using ActiveX and establishes the foundation of GIS case auto-creation and recreation in the future.
