【摘要】 变电站两票制度是保障变电系统安全、稳定生产的重要手段。因此在实际中变电系统对两票的质量有着严格的要求。本文结合变电站的实际工作情况，采用面向对象编程技术，给出变电站两票仿真系统的一种新型实现方案，较好的满足了变电站的实际工作需求。系统设计过程中，采用了基于典型操作票数据库、结合图形界面管理的方法，具有较高的安全性、准确性以及较好的学习能力。系统具有生成、删除、打印、存储、查询工作票、操作票等功能，可以有效、合理地代替目前两票的手工书写，并且易于维护，操作简便。本文中，重点研究了面向对象编程技术、ADO技术和COM技术，对数据库建模理论也结合本课题进行了一些讨论。在本课题里，采用了增强图元文件技术(Enhanced Metafile)实现变电站的可视化操作界面。通过利用增强图元文件对自身元素的算法描述特性，实现了对现场设备对象化描述及元素的大小的调整及缩放。对于操作界面中的各个设备元件本系统采用了链表的方式进行组织，这样有利于实现设备图形的区分，并且可以提高系统的运行效率。 本课题基于微软Windows 2000 Server平台，采用SQL Server 7.0作为Database Server，数据库的访问采用ADO技术，Intprise公司的C++Builder 6 作为矢量图形界面和COM组件的实现工具，通过 Visual Basic 6实现其它的管理系统部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Two Tickets rules in transformer substation is a very important measure to ensure the substation producing steadily and safely.there are a lots very strict demand to the Two Tickets’ quality. From the substations’ actual conditions.This thesis presents a new simulation software system for filling in Two Tickets. The design of graphical interface meets with the ordinary manual writing and workeds custom. With various functions including producing, deleting, printing, and saving Two Tickets, the system can run in the way of avoid misoperation. The software can be effectively used in substations. During this thesis,we do a deeply research in OOP technology, ADO technology and COM technology, and discuss some Database Modeling technologies.In this project.the realization of the graphic interface takes EMF technology.Because of some algorithm properities of EMF element, OOP technology is used to discribe the spot facilities and to adjust these facility shapes.In this system.we use a linked list to organize all of the facility’s shapes,so that we can not only identify each shape but also raise system’s run-time efficiency.This project is based on Windows 2000 Server platform.Using SQL Server 7.0 as Database Server,ADO as the access to the Database,C++ Builder 6 as the development tool of graphic interface and COMs, Visual Basic 6 as another development tool to complete the rest parts of this system.更多还原
