智能充电装置及其控制技术

【摘要】 本论文介绍了作者研究和开发蓄电池智能充电装置的若干成果,主要包括:介绍了蓄电池智能充电装置的工作原理、结构组成以及硬件设计,根据免维护铅酸蓄电池的充放电特性,采用微机控制的智能充电方法可以使充电过程较好地模拟最佳充电曲线;以80C196KC单片机为控制核心设计的可控硅数字触发器,可以简化硬件电路的组成,并可提高控制精度;由于模糊控制对于变参数的充电系统有较好的适应性,因此,在充电方法的控制和实现上,我们采用模糊控制技术来实现,并通过MATLAB进行了仿真实验,仿真结果证明模糊控制能够取得更好的效果;最后作者介绍了在充电装置的硬件电路、软件以及印制板设计中所采取的一些抗干扰措施。

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces author’s several achievements in research and design of the intelligentcharjing equipmentThe main contents are as follows:Firstly, the princples, structure and the hardware design of the lead-acid battery are introdued. On the basis of charjing and discharging property of the maintenance-free lead acid battery, it is possible that the course of charging imitatesthe best charge curves with the intelligent charging mehod of the control of microprocessor.Secondly, on the condition that the 80C196KC microprocessor is in the center of the control, the thyristor digital trigger simplfies the constitution of the hardware circuit and improves control precision. Because the fuzzy logical control has a good effect in the charge system of the variable references,fuzzy logical control is adopted in the course of the charging and using of sofeware MATLAB simulates the charjing procedure. The result testified that the fuzzy logical control has a better effect than tranditional control methods.Lastly, several problems about anti-jamming in the design of the hardware circuit and software of the charging equipment are discussed.
