【摘要】 随着自动化技术获得了惊人的成就，其逐渐在工业生产和科学发展中起着关键的作用。生产过程自动化的程度已成为衡量工业企业现代化水平的一个重要标志。 本文以新型干法水泥生产过程控制系统为背景，应用组态软件构建一个过程控制系统，具体内容如下： 本文首先对组态软件的发展和组态软件的基本组成、特点及组态软件体系结构进行了较全面的阐述，通过分析，肯定了组态软件作为生产过程控制系统编程工具的意义。其次介绍本文组态软件的应用背景——新型干法水泥生产线的工艺、设备和自动化控制要求。 此外，本文从组态软件在水泥生产过程控制系统中的应用出发，针对目前工程实际应用中控制理论应用的缺乏，提出了在组态软件中应用组件的方式实现控制理论的组态，使控制理论在实际工程中得到方便的应用，从而实现控制理论工程化。 最后，本文详细介绍了iFIX组态软件在新型干法水泥生产线中的应用，还就组态软件在生产过程控制中的应用给出了设想和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acquired the astonishing achievement along with the automation technique, it gradually plays a key function in the industry and the development of science. The automation of production line has become an important marking of the modernization level to measure the industry business enterprise.On the basis of the research of a process control system of new type cement dry process production line. This thesis designs a process control system with the configuration software .The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the development of configuration software, the fundamental constituting for configuration software and characteristics are analyzed, and the configuration software system construction is also introduced. This paper considers that building a process control system with configuration software is important. Secondly, the process control system of new type cement dry process production line, as the applied background, which craft, equipments and the request of automation control are introduced.Thirdly, on basis of the application for configuration software in the process control system of cement production line, this paper considers that the application of theories of control is lack inside of current engineering controlling system. Then, a way of application of the theories of control is put forward with the component in configuration software, which makes the theories of control in the actual engineering convenience, and the theories of control engineering is realized.Finally, the configuration software of iFIX applied in the new type cement dry process production line is introduced completely, and the thesis gives the expectation on the development of the configuration software.更多还原
