【摘要】 多元化经营已成为我国许多企业所采取的一种经营策略。但国内关于多元化经营的系统论述比较少，而且大多是停留在国外研究成果的简单介绍上。我国企业经营的内外部环境与西方发达国家企业经营的环境有很大不同。因此，寻找适合我国企业发展的多元化经营理论是一项具有重大理论价值又有紧迫现实意义的课题。 本论文首先对国内外企业多元化经营历程进行回顾，分析其逻辑过程及发展趋势。介绍企业多元化经营的一般理论基础，通过分析企业多元化经营与其风险和绩效关系之后，指出：多元化经营是国内企业发展的一种有效途径，实施多元化经营战略成功的重要因素是看其有没有达到多元化经营内外部的条件并进行合理运作，企业的内外部环境对多元化战略有着重要影响。实行相关多元化经营，特别是建立在以核心能力为基础上的多元化经营能使企业在相对较低风险前提下获得较高的收益。 其次，对影响企业多元化经营的内外部环境进行分析，影响企业经营的外部环境有宏观外部环境，如宏观经济、社会、政治和科技等和产业环境两个大的方面。企业内部环境主要包括企业家能力、企业核心能力建设和企业的组织结构等。 然后，文章对我国企业的多元化经营现状进行研究，认为我国企业由于在体制、市场环境、企业家资源等因素的影响，造成国内企业的多元化经营表现出其独有特征。总体说来，我国多元化经营企业的绩效都不太理想，但实行相关多元化经营企业的绩效要好于实行非相关多元化经营企业的绩效。文章还分析了加入WTO以后经营环境变化对多元化战略的影响。 最后，对多元化经营战略的实施提出一个系统的对策建议，包括多元化行为决策、多元化方向选择及进入、多元化经营后的业务组合和风险防范等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The business diversification has become onekind of business strategy of much enterprise in our country. Yet, there is few systematic analysis of business diversification in domesty,and some of them is only based onsimply introducingto external research fruit In our country, the surroundings both inside and outside the enterprise are different from the foreign enterprise’s . Hence , to look for a kind of theory that applies to our enterprise will be a task of great importance and necessity.Firstly, the paper analyzes the logical process and develop trend by reviewing the history of the business diversification,and it analyzes the theory of the business diversification strategy. After analyzing the relationship among the business diversification and the risk and the interest, then point out : The business diversification is a efficient choice when the enterprise develop to some extait, the key factor of successful business diversification strategy is whetherthe enterprise has appropriate inside and outside conditions. The correlate business diversification, particularly based on the core capability, has more interest with little risk.Secondly,the paper analyzes the inside and outside surroundings.The outside surroundings include industrial environmentand macroscopic external environment such as macroeconomics,community,politics and science and technologyThirdly, the paper researches the present situation of the business diversification in our country. The author thinks that for the factor of the enterprise mechanism, market environment, entrepreneur resources and so on , the business diversification of domestic enterprise has special Mature. In all, the interest of the business diversification of domestic enterprise isn’t ideal, but the interest of the correlation business diversification is better than the non- correlation business diversification’s. The paper also analyzes the effect to the business diversification with the changed environment after joining in WTO.Finally, systematic proposal is raised about how to operate it, including the decision of business diversification,the diversification orientation and the compose of professional work.更多还原
