跨越管道地震响应分析及基于性能的抗震设计

【摘要】 管道运输是能源输送的主要手段。我国属于多发地震国家,跨越管道作为长输管道工程的重要组成部分,不可避免的建在地震多发区。由于跨越管道具有柔度大、阻尼性低、频谱不均匀,垂直和水平弯曲振动及扭转振动的固有频率低等特点,其动特性分析、地震响应分析、抗震设计方法的研究已成为管道跨越工程设计中的重要课题。 基于性能的抗震设计是目前土木工程结构抗震领域研究的前沿性课题,在钢筋混凝土结构抗震方面,已经提出了钢筋混凝土结构地震损伤的“三水准”性能目标、地震损伤计算方法和地震损伤性能设计方法。但是,关于跨越管道基于性能的抗震研究成果还未见报道。因此,本文基于地震损伤性能的思想,以悬索跨越管道为研究对象,主要进行了以下几个方面的研究: 第一章:论述了国内外目前关于管道抗震研究概况和基于性能的抗震设计的研究进展,提出了本文所要研究的主要内容。 第二章:简述了已有的有关跨越管道动特性的计算方法,得出了适用于悬索跨越管道的计算模型及其动特性的计算方法。 第三章:本章利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了悬索跨越管道的数值计算模型,对悬索跨越管道的动特性进行了分析,得到了悬索跨越管道的自振频率和振型,并分析了与理论计算结果间误差产生的原因,从而证明了ANSYS有限元数值仿真计算的正确性。通过地震波的输入,对该跨越管道在不同地震烈度、不同场地下的地震响应进行了分析,得到了悬索跨越管道在各种不同情况下的地震动响应,为基于跨越管道基于地震损伤性能的抗震设计提供了理论依据。 第四章:确立了跨越管道的地震损伤模型,初步给出了跨越管道基于地震损伤性能的抗震设计方法。 通过上述研究内容可以达到以下具体的理论意义和实用价值: 1.刻划了跨越管道这种重要的构筑物的动特性及不同情况下的地震响应,为其抗震设计提供理论依据。 2.初步给出了跨越管道基于地震损伤性能的抗震设计方法。

【Abstract】 Pipeline transport is an important measure in energy transposition. Inevitably, Suspend pipeline as the most important constitutes of long pipeline project is built in frequent earthquake area, as china is a frequent earthquake country. Analysis of dynamic behavior, seismic response and seismic design has become the most important problem in the suspend pipeline project, because of its big flexibleness, low damp and low natural frequency of vertical, horizontal bending and torsion vibration.Performance-based seismic design is an advanced subject in civil engineering seismic design research field, in the aspect of RC structure, three-level performance design, seismic damage calculation method and PBSD method has been brought out, But the research conclusion about suspend pipeline in PBSD hasn’t been reported. Therefore, this paper on the basis of this theory, mainly includes the following four parts:Chapter one: The evolvement of the pipeline seismic design and PBSD is discussed, the main research of this paper is put forward here.Chapter two: The calculate method of dynamic behavior of suspend pipeline is discussed briefly, calculating method of dynamic behavior and calculating model which suitable to the suspending pipeline is received.Chapter three: Numerical model of cable suspend pipeline is established by ANSYS finite element analysis program. The dynamic behavior of cable suspending pipeline is analyzed, natural frequency and vibration mode are get, and the reason of the error between the theory and enumerate result is analyzed, which prove the correctness of this analysis method. Seismic response of the suspend pipeline in different earthquake intensity and different sites is dealing by inputting seismic wave; various seismic response of the suspend pipeline is given out, which offered theory basis to the PBSD of suspending pipeline.Chapter four: Seismic damage model is established, PBSD method of suspending pipeline is initially given out.The purpose of the theory and utility value of this paper are as follow:1. The dynamic behavior and different seismic response of the suspend pipeline is scored, which offered the basis of the theory to the PBSD of this structure.2. Performance-based seismic design method of suspend pipeline is preparatory given out.
