基于ARX的液压系统CAD软件的开发

【摘要】 在液压领域,CAD技术得到深入的研究和应用,但是针对通用液压系统设计过程的CAD系统研究不多,形成软件产品的更是较少。 因此,论文在总体分析了通用液压系统设计的主要环节和一般流程的基础上,总结各种AutoCAD二次开发技术,阐述了一个结构较完整、功能较齐全的液压系统CAD软件的主要开发过程。开发过程以AutoCAD 2000为软件平台,Visual C++6.0为主要开发环境,主要运用面向对象的AutoCAD二次开发工具ObjectARX,并结合ADS(AutoCAD Development System)、COM(Component Object Model)组件、ADO(ActiveX Data Object)技术、SQL语言等得以实现。 软件开发以“向导式计算与设计”的总体设计思想为指导,将系统划分为六大液压系统功能主模块(子系统)、一个工程数据库、一个图形信息管理数据库(液压标准件样本库)和系统菜单文件、幻灯片库等一些辅助文档。论文论述了系统参数计算模块等四个主模块的设计,并用大量的篇幅阐述了一个功能齐全、结构开放的图形信息管理子系统的设计、开发和应用过程。 整个系统软件与AutoCAD浑然一体,界面友好,人机交互性能高,用户可以运用多种驱动方式进入模块,使用非常方便。软件的最终实现,将使液压系统设计过程对设计者专业知识和经验的依赖性更小,系统设计质量更高,设计周期更短,更能体现液压系统CAD的强大功效。

【Abstract】 Presently, the technology of CAD is continued to be application widely and deeply in the hydraulic territory. Under this, the thoroughly comprehensive analysis is made in the dissertation to compare all of the re-exploit techniques in AutoCAD, and more research is advanced to complete a integrated application as a result.The application is named hydraulic CAD systemic software, which based on AutoCAD R14 and complied in Visual C++6.0 environment. During the process of programming, the powerful development technique - ObjectARX is used, and make the others including ADS(AutoCAD Development System), ADO(ActiveX Data Object), SQL(Structure Query Language) as a supplement.Aimed for CAD in the normal process of traditional hydraulic-system design, the software is made up by some corresponding modules and accessories, which includes six main function modules, one project database, one graphic information database, some menu files and slide files, and some accessories like these. It is followed all those main modules are discussed in this essay: a module of system parameter’s design and calculation, a sub-system of graphic information management, a module of CAS(Computer Aided Selection), a database of hydraulic products sample, and another amended sub-system of the manifold block CAD.During process of fabrication, the software is designed to not only the unison with AutoCAD interface style but also union with the user’s quality. They are considered friendly and standard in the view. With great capability of communication between computer and the users, this software is convenient and simple to operate very much. Especially the conception which is "calculation and design with wizard" is built up and applied in the modules, this makes the process of design less dependence on user’s experience, and makes the design result better in quality, faster in speed. All of these embody the great priority of the hydraulic CAD system.
