工业以太网IDA规范通信服务的研究与实现

【摘要】 工业以太网是当前控制网络的发展趋势,但它也存在着一些问题,其中一个便是工业自动化统一的应用规范。在现有的各种工业以太网标准中,分布式自动化接口规范(IDA)有着自己明显的特点。 论文中简要介绍了IDA所定义系统的结构模型以及实现步骤,详细的研究了它的通信服务及其依赖的通信机制。其四种通信服务中,数据分发服务可以为用户应用功能块的输入输出刷新数据,它是基于RTPS提供的可预先配置、优化的发布/订阅机制。事件通知服务通常的应用场合是将报警状态、趋势数据等通知操作台,它基于RTPS提供的可靠的发布/订阅机制。远程方法调用服务用来调用其它模块的功能或函数,基于加强的Client/Server机制。特定数据交换服务采用MODBUS/TCP协议,典型应用是通过此服务得到PLC的不同参数。 同时,论文中将IDA规范的通信服务应用在以Rabbit2000为核心的工业以太网现场I/O设备中。用数据分发服务实现了现场控制模块的6路模拟量输入、8路开关量输入的数据传递以及模拟量输入上下限状态的传递;用事件通知服务实现模拟量输入上下限的设定功能;用远程方法调用服务实现模块8路开关量输出的控制;对于模块的6路模拟量输入数据传输还采用了特定数据交换服务将其实现;同时还实现了应用程序在网络上的自动发现。实现采用了基于对象的方法,将与通信相关的数据结构和行为封装起来。这种方法隐藏了具体实现的细节,只需要进行简单的参数配置即可实现系统的组成,这种基于对象开发的软件更易于修改、扩充和维护。 通过实际的开发和应用,证明了IDA规范的通信服务有着结构简单、易于实施等特点,更容易为用户及软件开发人员所接受。
【Abstract】 Industry Ethernet is the development trend in current control net, but it also has some questions, one of them is the specification of a standard application protocol for industrial automation. In the existing specifications, the Interface for Distributed Automation Specification (IDA) has the obvious specialty.In the article, the system’s structure model and the realization steps are introduced briefly in the first. Then the communication services in the IDA specification are researched in detail. In the four IDA communication services, data distribution service can refresh the input and output data for the users’ application function block, it is based on a preconfigured optimized publish/subscribe mechanism provided by the RTFS. Event notification service can inform the operator about the alarm status and trend data, it is based on the reliable publish/subscribe mechanism. Remote method invocation service is used to call the functions in other modules, it is based on the confirmed client/server mechanism. On-demand data exchange service adopts the MODBUS/TCP protocol to get the different parameters from PLC.In this article, the communication services of IDA are applied in the I/O module which has the core of Rabbit2000. The realization includes: the transmission of 6-channel analog inputs, 8-channel discrete inputs and the alarm status based on the data distribution service, the transmission of alarm limit based on the event notification service, the control of 8-channel discrete outputs based on remote method invocation service and the discovery of the applications in network. The 6-channel analog inputs also transmitted based on the on-demand data exchange service. The realization adopts the object oriented method, the data and behavior are encapsulated. This method hide the details of realization, the users only need configure the communication parameters to compose the system. And the software can be modified, expanded and maintained more easily.The practical development and realization prove that the communication services of IDA have some advantages, such as simple structure etc. And it can be accepted by the user and developer easily.
