盘锦经济开发区土地利用的最优配置

【摘要】 盘锦市是资源型的新兴城市，开发区现状处于城市规划的中心地区，其发展将严重影响盘锦市的经济和未来城市形象。为了实现区域经济的可持续发展，必须在保持现有开发区发展的同时，充分规划、控制好土地利用格局，实现开发区开发与城市发展相协调。本篇论文运用城市规划理论、开发区建设管理经验、可持续发展理论、土地经济学理论，从现状详实的资料入手，以实证分析方法研究盘锦经济开发区的土地利用格局及配置方向。富有特点地提出盘锦经济开发区的用地格局应采用“一轴三园”的格局，以最大限度地满足近期发展要求与长远规划、开发区规划与城区规划的协调发展，并为实施该用地格局考虑了步骤和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Panjin is a new and developing resourceful city. The Development Zone locates hi the center of the city planning. It will decide the future economic development of the city. In order to realize the territorial economy’ s continuable developing, we need plan and control the land using fully while keeping the development of the exiting development zone , thus to make the Development zone assort with the city’s development. This disquisition used the theory of city planning ,continuable development and land economy, the experience of the development zone’ s construction and management, started with the detailed information, by using the demonstration analyses to research the land using situation and collocation direction. It points out that the development zone should adopt the pattern of " one Zone including three functional sections for satisfying the short-term development and long-term layout farthest, at the same tune the disquisition has already calculated the step and measure in realizing this land using setup.更多还原
