诊疗信息管理及远程交换系统的研发

【摘要】 实现医疗数据资料的计算机管理和远程交换对加快诊疗信息化步伐、提高诊所医疗水平起着至关重要的作用，建立完善的诊疗信息系统并实现以远程交换为目的的医疗数据中心显得十分必要。 论文论述了诊疗信息系统的总体设计方案、技术路线及模块设计，运用职责链对象行为型设计模式分析了系统的结构，结合数据库、面向对象、组件设计等技术，着重论述了用户管理、预约、诊疗及结账等功能模块。此外，论文还讨论了基于J2EE分布式架构的医疗数据中心的设计，着重阐述了表现层与业务层接口的规范化定义和表现层功能的具体实现。 诊疗信息系统基本实现了本地诊疗信息的有效管理，对诊所的医疗工作起了较好的辅助作用。而医疗数据中心方面的研究还刚刚起步，论文是在该领域的初步探索，系统雏形的运行结果则表明设计方案是可行且实用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Computer aided clinical information management and remote data exchange play an important role in the rapid development of medical information and improvement of medical treatment level. It is necessary to develop an integrated clinical information system and a remote data exchange oriented medical data center.The paper discusses the general design project and technical process of clinical information system. Module design and chain of responsibility of behavioral pattern are adopted in the system structure design. Database technology, object-oriented and Component Object Model are used to design the modules of user management, appointment, medical treatment and account settlement. The paper also discusses the design of the medical data center based on multilayer distributed J2EE platform. The paper emphasis on the realization of presentation layer and the interface definition between presentation layer and operation layer.The clinical information system can manage the local clinical information effectively, and it will be surely a valuable support for medium and small clinics. Research on medical data center is just in the first stage, and the paper makes a primary discussion on it. Experiments on this system show that the design project is feasible and effective.更多还原
