基于PSS/E的电力系统静态电压稳定性研究

【摘要】 由于近年来,电压失稳或崩溃事故的不断出现,使电压稳定性问题的研究受到了高度重视。同时,电压稳定研究特别是在静态电压稳定领域,在近年来也获得了很大的进展。本文以静态电压稳定作为研究方向,着重在求取电压稳定极限方面作了相关的工作,取得了一些实用价值的成果。 在静态电压稳定的研究中,确定电压稳定极限是一项非常重要的工作。目前有许多求解电压稳定极限的算法,但诸多算法都存在着计算量过大的问题,因而改进算法仍然很有必要性。本文对负荷导纳模型法做了详细的介绍,该算法克服了临界点附近常规潮流雅克比矩阵奇异所带来的收敛困难,并且简单易行,计算速度快,概念明确。 电力系统综合仿真分析软件的使用(如PSS/E、BPA、NETOMAC等),使得电力系统分析和计算技术日新月异。但是在这些软件包中大都不包含电压稳定计算的功能。本文的第二章就PSS/E仿真分析工作流程作了介绍。PSS/E提供了一套自定义语言—IPLAN,它使得在PSS/E平台上实现电压稳定极限计算成为可能。本文提出了一种基于PSS/E的静态电压稳定极限计算方法。本方法通过PSS/E提供的潮流计算模块,采用负荷导纳模型,能有效地计算静态电压稳定极限。该方法考虑了发电机节点的有功功率约束和有功功率的再分配、发电机节点的无功功率约束以及有载调压变压器的分接头调整等因素。对IEEE 5节点系统和IEEE 30节点系统的计算验证了本方法的有效性。算例计算表明本方法数值稳定性好,使用简单方便,适应性和实用性好。
【Abstract】 During recent years the study on voltage stability has received significant attention because voltage instability and voltage collapse appear frequently. At the same time, great progress has been made on voltage stability, especially static voltage stability. This dissertation, concentrating on the static voltage stability and emphasizing on the work to acquire the static stability limit, has made some progress in application.It is an important job to determine the voltage stability limit for the static voltage stability research. At present, there are many algorithms for computing the voltage stability limit, but the existed problem in them is the high computation burden. It is necessary to improve the algorithm. Admittance model in load bus is introduced in this dissertation in detail. The difficulties connected with the singular load flow Jacobian matrix are overcame in this algorithm. Moreover, this algorithm is simpler for application, faster in calculation and clearer on physical conception than other algorithms.Power system analysis and computation technology entered a new era with the help of the comprehensive power system simulation packages (such as PSS/E, BPA and NETOMAC). But voltage stability analysis is not always included in these soft packages. Chapter 2 of this dissertation demonstrates basic procedures of power system simulation and analysis by using PSS/E. PSS/E supply a language-IPLAN, which can make it possible to realize the computation of voltage stability limit. A method, which is for computing the voltage stability limit based on PSS/E, is presented in this dissertation. This method, adopting admittance model in load bus and using the activities supplied by PSS/E, can compute the voltage stability limit effectively. This method takes into account some factors related to voltage stability such as the generation active power and reactive power limitation, generation active power redistribution and OLTC action. The effectiveness of this method is examined and proved in IEEE 5 and IEEE 30 nodes network. The computation case also demonstratesthe method presented in this paper is robust, stable, simple and practical in use.
