永磁同步电机的转矩直接控制

【摘要】 由于永磁同步电机具有体积小、功率密度大、效率和功率因数高等明显特点,从70年代末开始,永磁同步电机就得到广泛重视,经从事电机及其驱动系统研究的学者和研究人员的努力,其本体设计和控制方式在近二十年内得到了长足的发展,商用化的产品也已经进入到工业生产应用的各个面面。转矩直接控制是继矢量变换控制之后被人们普遍看好的一种高性能交流驱动控制方式,最初转矩直接控制是针对感应电机提出的,后来这种控制思想逐渐应用到了同步电机,特别是永磁同步电机控制上,使永磁同步电机的控制策略研究走上了一个新的台阶。 本文通过大量的文献资料阅读,对永磁同步电机及其相关技术的发展、现状和趋势有了一个比较全面的理解,在此基础上,详细分析了永磁同步电机转矩直接控制的机理,并提出了一套相应的转矩直接控制方案,建立了仿真和试验平台,进行了仿真分析和实验研究,获得了有价值的研究成果。 本文的主要内容包括: (1)由空间矢量模型推导出永磁同步电机的磁链、电压和转矩的公式,描述了永磁同步电机转矩直接控制的基本控制机理,分析了永磁同步电机与感应电机在转矩直接控制方式上的不同之处以及转矩直接控制对永磁同步电机的要求。 (2)在对永磁同步电机运行机理的分析基础之上,讨论了永磁同步电机转矩直接控制系统中各个控制子模块的功能和具体的实现方式,提出了一套永磁同步电机转矩直接控制的具体实施方案,并根据这套方案建立了基于Simulink(Matlab)的永磁同步电机转矩直接控制仿真模型,对所出的控制方案进行了仿真分析。仿真结果验证了该方案在理论上的可行性。 (3)在理论研究的基础之上,设计研制了一套基于DSP+IPM的永磁同步电机转矩直接控制实验系统,编写了控制程序软件,进行了永磁同步电机运行实验。实验结果达到了预期的要求,证实了转矩直接控制在改善永磁同步电机动态调速性能上的优势;同时也发现了一些须待进一步解决的问题,本文给出了部分解释和解决这些问题的思路和方法。 本论文开展了继感应电机之后对永磁同步电机实现转矩直接控制的探索性研究工作。通过理论分析、计算机仿真和实验验证得出了一些有意义的经验和结论,为课题的进一步的深入开展奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Because of its excellent performance, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has been paid more attention in the past two decades. With the development of the PMSM design and its control techniques, the PMSM has widely been used in many industrial applications. When time goes on, Direct Torque Control (DTC) has become an accepted advanced control method beside the current vector control. Although DTC was initially applied in asynchronous machines, but it has been introduced successfully to synchronous machines. This thesis will discuss the DTC in the PMSM.Based on widely reading of references and understanding of PMSM operational principle, the thesis analyzes the principle of PMSM DTC and proposes the PMSM DTC strategy. The main contents of the study as follows:(1) An introduction to the space vector theory and its application on the modeling of PMSM is presented firstly, which shows the basic idea of PMSM DTC. A comparison of DTC in asynchronous machine and PMSM is made as well. In order to take the full advantage of the DTC, the PMSM has to be properly selected. Therefore the effect of the motor parameters is analyzed taking the control principle into account.(2) Based on the basic analysis of the PMSM DTC principle, the function and the realization of the sub-modules of PMSM DTC are discussed. A set of PMSM DTC strategy and the simulation platform are presented; the simulation result proves that this set of strategy is effective in the theory.(3) A hardware platform with the arrangement of DSP+IPM and PMSM DTC software realization are also given in the thesis. The drive system works the way that we expected, which gives the solid feasibility reasons of the strategy. Although some problems for the strategy are still found in the real system, this thesis will give the explanation for them.This thesis discusses principal issues of the PMSM DTC such as prime principle, control strategy, stator flux linkage estimation and its applications etc. By the theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experimental investigation, some valuable experiences and significant conclusions are given, which found the basis of the project for the further studies.
